I'm in Highlands Ranch, and w have a ton of Garter Snakes. My wife saw a Bull Snake in they'd, but it was gone before I got there.

Real Estate taxes are very low in Denver. For instance I pay less for a $900,000 home than Florida pays for a $400,000 home. Our biggest weather issue is hail.

My Husband is looking to retire in December. He wants to Down size and We actually do most Our Adventuring up that way, Estes is Right there and Grand lake. SO.....Fort Collins, ??? Loveland ish??? just Don't What to Do. as I Love Castle Rock too?
