Alex Smith personally I find sidearm and underhand to be faster and confuse goalies more but overhand is more powerful and accurate because it’s basically passing harder and passing is something every decent player can do. But if ur an attackman just make sure you can use both hands cuz that rly valuable.
I haven't had any serious injuries from lacrosse, but my teammates have suffered injuries common in any organized sport. Expect bumps and bruises from checks, especially if you play offense, but I wouldn't label it dangerous
Not too familiar with the sport but I didn't see to much padding in this scrimmage. And they were wacking each other pretty damn hard it seemed. Or were there more pads under the shirts.
