Will this reset get rid of the awful orange carrier splash screen ("Consumer Cellular"). I don't mind the ZTE logo when I turn the phone on because its a ZTE cell phone but the orange Consumer Cellular splash screen is simply annoying and must go!

I did this, many times. It isn’t working for me. It goes to a screen that says, “FTM (factory reset mode) To exit, please long press the power key. Avoid the volume up button when turning on the handset.” I’ve taken out the battery and put it back in but it still won’t work. It is also plugged in and at 100%. I don’t know what to doooo

This is most likely why: Either buttons are being pressed to long, to slow, not in correct order or a button is not working (broken). Suggest try again and follow my video steps again. Hopefully it will work for you.

Cell phone numbers or Google accounts are never deleted because they are not stored on the phone.

After I hard reset it then reboot the phone before it gets to the yellow box that says let go that doesn't pop up it just say suck stuck on ZTE

You might be pressing the wrongs buttons, pressing them for to long and/or for to short a time or in the wrong order (make sure you are pressing the Up volume button and not the Down volume button). Also you might have a button/s not working at all (broken button) or the phone is just broken and no longer works. Suggest watching my video and trying it again.
