- Our very own Sam Baker visited Sali Hughes in her bathroom to talk beauty secrets and how she got to where she is today ahead of the release of her book Pretty Honest in paperback. This is the Director's Cut.
So happy there was a directors cut. Will always read and listen to anything Sali has to say. Always eloquent, intelligent and most importantly lovely. Great interview from a great site. Top marks! :)
It doesn't matter if Sali Hughes is the interviewer or the interviewee, she is in charge, she's the directing energy and light in the room. I love it and I thank her very much for everything she stands for.
The more I find out about Sali Hughes the more I think she is an awesome woman. Thanks for the video, Pool People, it's fab. :) x

Love Sali's chatty no BS style!! Some good questions from Sam, could've listened to the conversation for another hour! Must've been uncomfortable sitting on that loo seat/ side of bath for so long though!!!!
Great conversation I really like Sali Hughes. It was a bit distracting as Sam Baker seemed distracted whilst she kept looking at her phone.
Sali is such a regal, beautiful lady and Sam's hair is so fun and gorgeous!

just something that relates to your friend carey, i am a nurse, my aunt, well ex aunt due to divorce, was a super glam person, anyway she was diagnosed 2 years ago at 54 with bowel cancer. turns out that my work collegues son was going out with her daughter, my cousin. anyway, long story short, my collegue had to meet my aunt for the first time in the hospital! Here she was with hair done, nails, earrings and matching necklac. and leapord print PJ's! saying, god! the state of me!
That was just her, she was awsome, and she bought me my first 80's desert boots when i was 8!!
