A 650 watt is fine so long as your 650 is not a piece of cheap shit. Recommended PSU wattagges are always WAY higher than the actual power draw because the manufacturers have to account for people buying $40 1000watt PSUs that perform worse than a bronze rated 450 watt and die after a few months.

Very good your video! But if you are going to use it to surf the internet, watch movies, and edit videos for UA-cam, or even homemade videos, nothing professional, and I will not use them for games, could you say that it will stay at a good temperature level? The GPU will only be triggered even if it is to render the videos in Vegas Pro, and the CPU will also only be stressed at that time. With the watercooler that comes installed he must be able to keep the cool, right?
this is no hate against Nvidia but they way to go for Small Form Factor builds will be AMD this time around, unless you want a space heater?
I would use a skinny case. Like the RVZ03 is perfect for it. And then drill a hole on the other side for the GPU exhaust. Perfect. 😏
Great video. Can’t believe you didn’t lose a couple of fan blades!
Little question Centric. Which would you recommend - Hero WiFi or MSI Z490 Unify (ATX) ?
The cooling system with the TUF card looks like to work « well » in this case ! Interesting...
Thank you very much. I am wondering if NZXT H1 can accommodate a Nvidia RTX 3080. Now my doubts are gone.
You got me worried O.o
I have a NZXT h210 case
I'm planning on buying the EVGA 3080 XC3, since its the only 3080 that would fit in the case
now I'm worried about temps and noise
I’m in the same boat, I really don’t want to build a new PC just to use a great card.
Thank you! Now when the 3090 comes out...do it again please :) Same 650watt How many mm is that tuf 3080 ? My msi trident x case only fits a 305mm ...I think the 3090 is 313mm :(
Was the temps better for the Tuf compared to the blower type card in the closed case? You never showed those temps
Can you do a watercooled version of the setup? I know this works for the 2080ti, but I am curious if this also works on the 30x series.
Did you check the temps for the Asus tuf 3080 cause the cooling solutions much better suited for the H1
Edit: I saw you show it at around 64 C but with such a low temp I’m guessing you didn’t have it running for long enough. What are the temps for the Tuf
Did you try it with the dust filter on for the Asus TUF? What happens did it interfere with the fan? Was alittle confused because of your usb dongle.
Glad this video was shared. Thank you
I like ITX build and I have custom build with Cougar QBX. I was using RTX 2080Ti and it reaches at max 78 Celsius for hours.
with RTX 3080 , it definitely not for ITX build.
That 320w is hot! Welcome back Fury X! Can't wait to see the 3070 or AMD cards with less power consumption
I was specifically requesting this video from other youtubers. Thanks!
So can i built it with h510i? Will it do fine or no?
i'm not too worry about the 3080 fitting on a small case
i'm more concern about the 3090 not fitting on an avg case
You deserve to have Way more subscribers!
So the TUF was around 65-66c while gaming?
But what about the CPU? 🤔
I really want to go with a smaller case .. Been looking at this one for a while, but seeing as I ordered the STRIX 3080 OC, I doubt that will ever fit into this case or have sufficient power from the PSU 🤷♂️
I wonder if the lower power draw was more due to the heating issue than the power supply ouput? Try the 650 watt in a better case and check power draws then?
Is it a must to re-install windows when changing any type of component or gpu?
No you dont need to do that, but you should do a ddu🤭
Nope.. never but only if you replace storage
@@universalyoutuber195 Alright, had a mate who said problems may occur if I dont re-install windows when changing at least GPU... Thanks for the answers everyone tho :D
@@SK-14 do you have a setup? What are the specs
@@universalyoutuber195 Asus ROG Z390-F Gaming, i5 9600K (5Ghz), GTX 1060 6gb. 16GB Ram LPX Vengeance, RM850 PSU, but only CM Hyper 212 EVO as CPU cooler... :S
the H1 is terrible for all GPU thermals. you should try the NR200 with top exhaust and bottom intake.
Would this still be a problem if you weren’t playing at 4K though?
You didnt even mention that the tuf card ran more than 20 degrees cooler than the nvidia card.I think i might get the tuf card for my H1.
How are noise levels with the TUF card? I'm looking to build the same, but I'm concerned about noise...
It must be much better than the Founders edition right?
According to other reviewers ive seen the tuf is among the top cards in terms of noise
@@YungPixel Thx for the reply! But how about inside the H1? I'm mean... It's a really clase fit... Won't be some turbulence or vibration?
Did you have any issues with the pcie 3 riser cable ? Did you have to set the board to pci3 in bios to get it to work ?
THIS IS THE VIDEO I NEED! YES! NOT REQUIRED TO REPLACE MY SEASONIC 80+ GOLD HAHAHAHAHAHAH !!!
Oh wait. I don't have a 3080.
saaaaame, corsair 750w gold+
i have a 700w an a i5 9 gen, ill be fine
@@alejandrocorreavanegas Which 9th gen i5 you rocking??
@@julananonis i5-9400F coffee lake, and my mother board is pci gen 3
@@alejandrocorreavanegas might be a bottleneck
750W is the recommendation, but total system power draw in early reviews have been in the 530W -550W range.
Even with overclocking if you have a quality 650W PSU you should be ok. 750W is still the best option if your building new or have a questionable quality or PSU. If you have a good quality 650W I wouldn't replace it without testing it first.
i have a Corsair tx650m, it should have good components, do you think it could be fine? with an i7-9700k not oc
@@LaSenape it's probably fine. Try first and if you have no issues, I would worry about upgrading the power supply.
Finally, someone did it! Now I can safely get an Asus TUF 3080 or EVGA 3080 XC3 for my H1.
I've not watched the video yet but damm that rear fan is completely blocked, poor guy. I think the Founders would be one of the best cards for cases with poor ventilation, since it can exhaust about half of its heat out of the rear of the case, but in this specific enclosure, oh it's gonna suffer.
Thz dude Love your vids
"Oh my word, I got it in!"
Damn right you did. I don't like the idea of taking out the filters thought.
