Nohebi is probably the closest Haikyu gets to an "unlikeable" team, but even they aren't that bad, though I think the manga does a much better job of giving you reasons not to dislike them as much. The OVA cut out a bunch of stuff.
I only recently understood the secondary plot story about Nohebi's Ace's "fighting" for the title. The upcoming Ace never showed much emotion but was a talented player, but only after being defeated by Nekoma did he show genuine emotion! which is why the Injured Ace is relieved that someone who cares about Volleyball will be a Ace deserving to play for the team!!

Haikyuu has so many damn likable characters.
Itachiyama has one of the top 3 ace (just like ushijima). Bokuto was top 5.
I think Itachiyama also has the best Libero (National youth level)
