Growing pains suck but everyone encounters them if they're going in the right direction. Just don't overstretch your wallet & budget and grow slowly as you can afford it. Your fans will always support you and your work speaks for itself. Best of luck!

Jon, one thing to look for on your 135 is the AC leaking out. They say that you can use a can of leak sealer and that will take care of the issue, I just had to fill mine. Hopefully that will solve the problem.
I'm not sure that people who watch these videos, and have never ran a mulcher in really dry conditions can fully understand how difficult it is to see what you're doing, and how much time it adds to being able to complete a job. It's the worst part about mulching.
You are among the few I watch in Brush Control. You and IDigit4 are about it. Brush ain't going away. Stick to it. Live in the frakkin shop if you must. You WILL prevail.
As someone on kidney dialysis and other medical issues I clearly understand that God will never give us more than we can handle! I'm sure there's great news around the corner.
I've often thought that you needed a bigger shop; more space for storing and working on the equipment, and vehicle and trailer parking. As for the job that you just completed; it looks a lot better than it did, and you didn't come across any homeless encampments, which I thought you might.
A company has two kinds of problems, growth problems or liquidation problems, growth problems are a lot more fun. It applies to people as well as companies.

I got OnX hunt years ago when I started going to CO to elk hunt. Used it when I started looking for property in western NC and TN. Great help to see property lines, terrrain etc. I think it's $49/year but well worth it. Also while it works best with decent cell signal, you can download local maps and the GPS signal will work when no cell service available.

I think it's about short sighted from your landlord, without you paying your rent for however long, they wouldn't have been able to afford to develop the rest of the area. Also with the ground works you paid out for, developing the extended parking area, you've increased the sites overall value which means he can get higher rent from a new tenant. Sorry the John Deere has had to go back, like you say no good keeping it around if it's costing you money. You want to speak to Mike at DP to see if he can get you a deal with the folks at Hyundai, you could do what he's done, trialled a 210 and feed back to Hyundai.

Bummer on having to move, but, in the long run it may turn out better for you, always have options. As far as the dust goes, man it must be in drought status in your area right now, lot of dust for mulching up green vegetation, good you are in a closed cab young man. Sorry to hear they totaled the 135 out, and that seems light an awful lot of money for that 130. Any rate, thanks for the update sir.
Moving is stressful but your positive is that your growing and still have income coming in. Six one half dozen the other, renting is always temporary. Owning your own building with enough space for everything to be put in and having enough room for parking is gonna be key. Hard work pays off and you guys know hard work.
Excellent video. Nice mix of commentary and action. The update was interesting. It seems that your landlord, who can’t wait to get rid of you, is going into the storage business. The stark truth of the matter was that you were outgrowing your location and needed to find a new home. That said, moving is a real pain in the neck. You accumulate so much stuff and then you have to pack it. Sorry to hear about the 130. Another pain in the neck to deal with. That Deere dealer doesn’t seem too accommodating. Unusual, because the economy isn’t the greatest and one would think they’d be easier to work with. Maybe you should shop around. Maybe you don’t need listening to advice from people like me who don’t go through what you do every day. I love the fact you gave the 135 a good detailing before returning it. You are a class guy, and they’re hard to find. But despite the setbacks, the one thing you always have going for you is the quality work you do. That speaks for itself and word of mouth is the best form of advertising. Keep on doing what you’re doing. We’re rooting for you.

I hate that you’re having to move your equipment and shop (my least favorite thing to have to do!), but, there’s a reason for everything and the Good Lord is watching over you so it will eventually work out for the best. I wouldn’t treat a loyal customer like that but I am not that guy so... 🤷🏼♀️

Hard to believe anyone would complain about you getting a little over on to their property and cleaning it up, but I guess there are a lot of crazy people out there. 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
You have no idea how stupid some folks will act. I had a guy sit in his UTV with his phone out ready to call the cops if I go over on his property line. We were clearing an easement Right-Of-Way, that went through his property (which was literally a spray paint line he made on the grass like 17' wide was all we had to work within). He was furious. But, we were actually able to do that job so well that he actually had us back to clear some land for him. So it all worked out. But he sure was mad at first.

If there’s a fire hydrant near the premises and it’s public property you oughta request use of the fire pump and use a fire house to wet down the area.I know other contractors are granted permission to use the fire hydrants if needed as long as they are granted permission.Just a thought when it’s extremely dry and dusty.
Moving is always a headache. Hope it goes well. Sorry to hear about the excavator being totalled, especially as hard as equipment is to come by the last couple of years.

You answered most of the questions I had beforehand.Spray painting the rocks orange may be easier spotting them.Also,a hardwood tree probably is a lot of wear and tear on the blades.Judging from your last several videos you’re definitely experiencing a dry spell.Im sure that’s tough breathing in for the guys on foot.
Perhaps a water truck to wet down the area beforehand but that’s just another added expense of course.If it eases the situation it might be worth it with all these jobs especially if the public begins complaining.Nice job as usual!!

Look up around TR and Marietta, there's several empty garages and shops.
We have. . . the problem is we need space for the semi and big lay down area, that and we don't want to be too far from the Greenville/Taylors area. It's a good location to work from.

I live in Pendleton. Property prices are higher than GRV or Spartanburg. Property taxes in Pendleton are thru the roof on acreage

Hello John, couldn't you put a water tank on top of the Fecon that could shoot out a mist coat of water every 2 seconds across the whole front of the teeth to help control some of the dust. Im surprised Fecon hasn't thought of this, it wouldn't take much to do this little alteration. M.

John useing this app do you usually run the entire property line with the asv first to help establish the boundary for everyone,
We usually walk it with the customer, depending on the job.
If you can buy a place much better deal in the end no one can tell you what to do.
That app gets all their data for free. State and county GIS is where they get it and they charge nothing.
