I've been in Primerica in the past and it would be hugely great for them to listen to this one! BTW it was by far the best sales and social skills school I've been a part of, and tons of quality people in there. I wasn't successful but at least I knew it was because of me. To me it wasn't really a MLM, more multi-commission levels. It might seem like I'm splitting hair but licensing took months to get before you made money (it wasn't just a volume thing), there were no products to buy or inventory to maintain, all events and material were at cost (most MLM big wigs make more money from these things than from the products!), and the services delivered were so useful to clients. In fact, I didn't know about MLMs before, and since, it is the only one that seems decent to me TBH. As for a B2B phone setting and the legit "scam" fear of buying through a phone sale, I ask them what would make us more money, to take one installment and baling, which they can get refunded anyway by their credit card company, or us keeping them as clients month in and month out. Plus I often mention that if they use PayPal, Stripe, etc. we don't get the credit card info, to "protect us both" (actually it protects THEM but we businesses can get scammed too!). It's not fake sales tactics to understand theirs is a legit concern. But in the beginning if my sales career, yeah I'd get defensive and all.
Thank you @MVProfits. I was thinking about joining and people keep telling me it’s a MLM and or pyramid and based on everything I’ve seen it’s like you said a multi level commissions. A friend of mine who’s against primerica sent me a video of some guy name always Marco but the stuff he was saying in the video wasn’t something I experienced.
@@jst4047 that "pyramid" thing always made me laugh. As if "regular" jobs were not ones. And it implies people at the bottom are scammed so people on top make money. Which of course isn't the case here. Anyway, as with real estate, lawyer firm and so may sales career, your office matters. Some very badly managed ones, some great ones. But in any case you can learn from some of the very top guys that share openly what they did/do. No knock against 7th level, but we all know we pay for courses, in advance. In a setting like Primerica, you can access all this for free in the hope you eventually make money (or more money) so the people make more override commissions. Which means their best interests and yours are aligned. I see nothing wrong with that! Combine Hector Lamarque (from PFS) with Jeremy Miner's NEPQ stuff, and you will make $$$. And teach others to do the same. What makes more money for a company, a top sales rep with 7 days a week and 24 hours max a day... or one who builds a sales force? Hence why override commissions make sense to me! I was in before all the online competition from insurance and investment funds though. It must be harder in a way today. People can get your strategies than shop around online. Though the training is likely way better if you choose to avail yourself of it. Good luck.
