UPPAbaby and Thule also both offer infant inserts that can be used in lieu of a bassinet or car seat to provide a lay flat enviornment from birth to six month. While the UPPAbaby Cruz V2 features slightly larger wheels the Thule Shine is slightly lighter weight.
