I'm glad Sanha will get to do his concept now, but I'm also sad. I LOVE the dark and sexy concept, both music-wise and visual-wise, and these two pull it off so well. I never paid much attention to Sanha until Bad Idea came out. I was just thinking, "Has he always been this attractive and sexy?" He suprised me with how well this type of concept suits him. He really shines. Of course he can pull off other concepts, and I'm sure whatever song they release next will be great, but I'm really going to miss this concept from them.

Just like Bin got the opportunity to try first and got better, same will be his case. He just needs to try, plus it’ll be good to diverse the concepts. Sanha is Sanha, Bin is Bin so the concepts will be different for sure

Let me ask you a question, Astro main sound was soft/bright etc but they did they flop when they switched suddenly released “All yours” with the title “One”? So again one doesn’t know if a soft acoustic music might perform or not on the first try, it might not be to your preference/taste which is fine. Moonbin most likely suffered from Major Depressive Disorder, which is usually genetically inherited. This cannot end well without proper treatment and psychological therapy. I'm glad you enjoyed this video so much! I really like the development of the plot, they really seem to get more and more taken over by the aroma they create as mad perfumers. And I totally agree with you regarding directing. Now most of the MVs seem to be filled with CGI, green screen type of things which don't require too much effort from the point of view of directing. It looks impressive, but it's not alive, quite paradoxical - the more CGI you use, the less is that actual artistic quality of the MV, at least in my view. Therefore I really appreciate that videos from ASTRO and Moon Bin and Sanha's unit are ACTUALLY directed, they do have that movie feel, this filming quality contributes a lot to the power of the MV and feels way more artistically valuable.
Moonbin killed it, he is really a genius producer, he also has participated as a lyricist for madness and also is the composet and lyricist of his solo song desire, also MOONBIN has contribuited towards both who and madness with the concept, production and ideas, he also talked about how he wanted for the third mini albums to be connected in a way which has been shown
Finally!! I really waited for your reaction of Madness since it was released. It was their hardest (most tiring) choreography by far, and it was Sanha's first time rapping which he did really well.
ngl i wasn't a fan of the rap part. what i liked about the subunit was that despite both being men they didn't have a rap part which is really refreshing in boy groups since they usually alwayssss have rap and this kinda hampers my opinion of the song a bit. also, i know it's kinda pointless to critique english lyrics in kpop but i just cannot get over the "i'm giving" part at the end of the rap verse because it's such a funny line that it actually distracts me
This didn't eclipse Who for me, but I love the fact that the video actually enhances the song. Not that the song doesn't stand on its own (see me dancing in the kitchen to it), simply that not all videos add to the song so much as give it a visual existence. This one added to the song and my enjoyment of it. I'm OT6 biased with ASTRO, but for some reason Sanha has always stood out to me, which is notably hard to do when you look at the talent of the other members in their individual ways. It's been wonderful to see him blossom into the adult concepts, and to really find what I think is his personal brand. He's a beautiful mix of Moonbin's powerful dancing combined with Rocky's fluidity, but with a style he's created/honed, with the deep rap knowledge and production understanding from JinJin, the stable vocals of MJ, and he's definitely grown into some Eun Woo type visuals in a slightly different way. He's absolutely stunning, and to be as young as he is just blows me away. I'm so happy for him. Now I just want MORE of everything. Great to see you, PD!
