I really love listening to Joan Baez's music as it brings me back to so many memories of back in the day!!! I really loved growing up in the sixties and seventies because the music can never be replaced. Joan Baez 's music soothes my heart and my soul. I listen to it all the time and when I'm anxious it calms me! Joan Baez 's music ROCKS. PEACE
Once more thank you so much , Valeria Caucino for sharing. Joan Baez, this rare soul, is one of those precious stones, which are already born cut. All my love and gratitude to Joan Baez, always.Esta alma rara é daquelas pedras preciosas , que já nascem lapidadas. Todo meu amor e gratidão a Joan Baez, sempre. From Brasil.
Thank you for posting this one. I don't remember if it was her first live in Paris, maybe she sang in Paris few years before I don't know (I was too young ....) I do love her strong picking, it gives a nice contrast with her clear (but powerful) voice, and it hard to belive what she says about her panic being on the stage as she is so funny with moquing both French and American anthem! She couldn't do that in France anymore! The 60's!! But the comments of the French guy is absolutely unbearable, saying she was adorable, likea ittle girl orpoor thing lost in this Hall. She has more strength than any of those men who were showing condescension towards her!
