Rusty, I remembered this morning that Tularosa has a very high rate of the same type of cancer, the fallout from the Nuke test back in 41 I believe. They have lost 700 plus residents over the years. Carrizozo is right in the path of that fallout. Ask around, you may not want to be there. Congress passed a bill to compensate the residents. Ask the locals. Most likely that is why the people that own the property left.
A scientist took samples in carrizozo looking for plutonium they tested our old house and didn't find anything significant. Our family had cancer and many in that town.
Until the early 2000's that land was a ranch. It was sold and divided up into a huge "subdivision." They were selling quite a few lots until the recession in 2008. Now it's mostly empty lots that people (or their kids) are trying to unload.

I think buying that trailer in Florida will solve many comfort problems doing recreational camping on your new property. Love that they come with AC and kitchen.great decision

I went to the dispensary and pick up some 24% indica. Slept like a rock.
