Great routine. If you can’t sleep because your minds all over the place try ocean sounds and turn all your lights out. Also put your phone on night shift so the blue light doesn’t delay your sleep.

You should try the bath and body works “relax” from the same line. it’s lavender and cedarwood. The candle and body cream smell amazing!

I had a stressful day today and this video totally inspired me to take a relaxing bath. I'm going to look into those stress relief products from Bath and Body Works. I like the scent of eucalyptus and spearment, so I'm sure I'll love those items. Thanks Kaice. Your absolutely right. It wonderful to have a meal prepared for you. Good boyfriend.

I went to Wal-Mart Sunday and bought the Dr. Teal's bath oil and the Epsom salts in the Eucalyptus and Spearmint. They're both great.
