nother big job

2022 Vanguard reffeer insurance job , I wouldn't work in this industry if I wasn't for doing these jobs . We are at a slow down , truck side is quite, express repair area is slow at this time
This what I am doing , at all times . Trailers being damaged , during covid at all times Iam always busy. my work week varies
Tuesday-Thursday sometimes Wednesday-Thursday .Friday Saturday Saturday Monday and Tuesday off for the summer sucksto be me .

Can you do a video on how you choose the size revits for where the panels over lap at the post, where the one panel meets the post, the nose rail, corner cap, radius corner.....etc
Do one for aluminum panel and one for dura panel. I would really appreciate it.

I have bought a 53ft trailer with the interior wood pannels. Im painting all the pannels because replacing it for composite pannels is 150$ per pannel.... about 7500 in pannels...
I use the next method:
firs layer with white primer. This change the wood color.
Second layer with white colored epoxy. This layer add streght to the pannel and make it paintable.
Thirth layer with acrilic white car paint. This layer is for the finish bright white color.
At the end i have very rigid pannels and changed the trailer grade to food grade.
