It's intriguing how our current reality often mirrors our internal thoughts and beliefs. As Peter suggests, the belief of "I am not enough" can be observed in our present circumstances. However, by using these triggers to explore and understand our inner self, we can address and shift our core beliefs. This inner transformation can then lead to changes in our external reality, as our new identity and perspectives start to shape how we interact with the world and influence our experiences.
Loved this interview ❤. I have been listening to Peter for some time but felt I "got it" in this interview. Thank you. Such a wonderful story about your son ❤ I so wish I enjoyed those moments more when they were small. I certainly will do that now, no matter how old they are. Appreciate your podcast, now subscribed ❤
When I wake up in the morning, my tongue seems fine but after my morning coffee I HAVE to do the tongue scrapping bc the creamer left over will drive me crazy all day if I don’t. It’s the worst feeling to me. Hurray for hearing Peter does this too!
I follow Peter Crone, really like him, but not a big fan of this one. Could only listen to half of this video, then moved on. Don’t like the labeling. I really think we are created throughout life through life experiences.

Beautiful. It might be even closer to true growth to adjust “..current reality often mirrors… to “always and consistently mirrors”
@lvprotector I would say that there are sometimes it may not be from your internal reality, but how we perceive it is always derived from it.
This is best interview I have heard with Peter. You really got deep into his process.
