- Did you know that Gal Gadot had to undergo an extreme exercise to perform Wonder Woman? Gal Gadot adhered to a strict nutrition plan and practiced like a professional athlete while studying several fighting styles in order to be ready for her role. Wonder Woman put in six hours of rigorous training in the fitness center daily for six months to achieve her toned physique and muscular biceps. She spent two hours working out in the gym, two hours riding horses, and two hours practicing fight moves with her Swedish trainer.
She is very beautiful... She is the attraction in wonder woman...She brought happiness in both WW movies.. ❤❤❤

The only complaint I ever heard was that she wasn't muscly enough but she was otherwise perfect. It takes years to get jacked. She looked healthy and fit. That's good enough. Some people are just horrible.

Too bad only her back was strong her arms not so much, barely. But she was a good WW.
It takes women a bit longer to see noticeable results when strength training and most don't have a personal trainer, ride horses for 2 hrs a day and workout 2 hrs everyday. Probably why a lot of women don't stick to it. 6 months wouldn't be enough time to see noticeable results in her arms.

She’s naturally skinny. Those people require protein and weights. Those of us who are natural and have fat when eating and not working out because if we don’t work out we get REALLY fat quickly or then if we work out hard we get toned but still retain some fat…would say otherwise. Gal gadot was a great image for Wonder Woman. Issue was she didn’t really do much in any of the movies she was in. Her moves were extremely simple or done with cgi. She was just eye candy that didn’t want to be eye candy.
