There’s a few really funny builds, one is just “i put superior duration and cooldown on haze’s sleep dagger and got an echo shard”

you can hold ALT and choose which skill to upgrade by pressing the number (1/2/3/4).
this will be much faster.
Eskay rebound her abilities so it might be easier to for her to use mouse to upgrade

12:10 i have the opposite problem where i started with MOBA so i know how to do macro in deadlock and im okayish at fighting but a lot of the community go in and dive like psychos and i am a very rat player who will please mcginnis and melt entire lanes solo while team is 4v5ing xd
I do find myself watching a few deadlock streamers, and I'm looking at their map going "somebody should probably push that lane out" or "you guys are too spread out" or "Four of them are dead. Good time to dive the midboss". Macro in this game just seems to be looking at the map and making sure that not all the lanes are red. A red lane should give you anxiety.
I don't think Eskay's macro is too bad. imo, she's exactly where she needs to be when she needs to be there

I wish I could play Vindicta well, but I don't play any FPS games so my aim is awful so I mostly just do damage on tether, crow and ult executes.

Shame vindicta is shit on by a bebop with 2 braincells. Hes pre nerf roadhog. Back when the hook mattered. You can rull 180 turn players behind then punch into turret
i feel the stupidity, I also feel having only played a few games that I manage the skirmishes well but im fucking braindead in the meta game and farming and whatnot
don't be too hard on yourself, all that stuff comes with time in mobas. Watching good players and how they move around the map helps a lot

@@rev9115metagame is more about map rotations, when to push lanes/objectives, when to defend or trade towers, jungle, etc.
Builds are part of the metagame but if you’re talking about builds in that context it’s really more focused on the situational aspects and when you should deviate from the meta cookie cutter builds and tech in certain items.
@chaunceymoore4470 what you described metagame is just commonsense in other mobas which you can only gain by more hours or watch good players...so your yes just play more bro is good advice too.. when ppl from lol, dota talk about meta they will just say wow this item build is broken, this hero is broken because when you build an item you have to know what it does and what to do with it.. e.g tasela for jungle, movespeed for rotations, aura for teamfights..it doesn't make sense to copy guide builds then deviate your playstyle from guide so you rather just learn to build items

I guess gone are the days that everyone can learn a game as a community. Now it has to have people who have been playing for over a year prior to you, and will take the leaderboards on yet another game when we actually get to play it.... Guess I'll just shut up and be not special enough to play and just watch the game instead. 😐
Fair point, but the devs do need the game tested by people who are experts in this genre and can give useful feedback that makes the game better for all of us. It's impossible to do that without also giving them an advantage.
