Thanks! I finally tracked down an old tablet so going to be giving your Sim Dashboard stuff a try tonight hopefully. Getting closer and closer to leaving the hud off while I play! :)
I've been playing this great map as of late, very realistic playthru, 4 hours so far to plow the field right next to the farm, and with only 6 meter stuff thank god for real time lol lol. great job on the vids keep them coming...thanks again
I haven’t seen anyone make a video with two harvest groups on the same courseplay course. It’s nice to see some veteran course play moves being recorded. “Fade out with slow clap”
@@KederkFarms your doing great. U can also make the overloaders wait like ten seconds or so at the stop points if it’s skipping the first hopper. Doesn’t work all the time
Good vid. I saw a test video someone did that showed the yield of the harvest was directly, and in a meaningful way, affected by the header repair and somewhat by combine as well. I have tried to get in the habit of repairing the header between each field with a mobile repair trailer such as your fancy one here.
wholly smokes i cant get over how real it looks when you're in the cab unloading the combines!!! really have to pay attention and say this isnt real. :)
I had so much fun with this episode that I got 2 episodes worth of content while playing. Tomorrows episode is already in editing! This Flint Hills series is addicting!
have you ever given the "Combine XPerience" mod a go? probably more suited to smaller fields though, since a field of this size would take literal days to complete.. lol
2 things if I may, I'm glad to see that there is a lag/delay point when you hit Drive Course when you have 2 vehicles running a course. I thought I had something wrong. How did you remove the info messages that popup with CP?
When I have just 2 it's usually not bad but that was 8 different vehicles all running CP at the same time so it did start to get sluggish at times. :) For the Info Message essentially it's just finding the ones you want to disable and commenting them out in the source files. So in this case the semi truck is using Grain Transport mode which is in the GrainTransportAIDriver.lua file and you can comment out the info text line by adding a double dash in front of it: --self:setInfoText('REACHED_OVERLOADING_POINT')
Another great video here! ive gotten stuff from TJ Customs before but i cant find that Brent Avalanch anywhere on his release post. Thats looks like a sweet cart but i cant find it anywhere. any help would be appreciated. Keep up the great work man!
Hey. Im not 100% sure but i think CP convoy only calculates distance on straights. So if a low distance is set, they will clash on corners, just until the lead is maneuvering? Also what if you set the courseplay to start on Rows rather than Headlands?
Great videos, you are getting me motivated enough to swap my 600+ hours save on my own edit of Midwest Horizon to Flint Hills. I love the short frame trucks you use. Are they available somewhere for the general public? Keep up the amazing work. 🇺🇸💪😎👍🦌💚💛🌽🌱🌾
Midwest Horizon was one of my favorite maps. Logged hundreds of hours there too. Pretty sure the short frame trucks came from Half Assed Modding. They were publicly available at some point but can't find the link at the moment.
Hi kederk! I was just wondering if a windows 10 can play fs19 with no problems? And can it handle downloading maps? Sorry I have know idea what computers are all about and I come from console, thanks. Keep up the great work
Yeah, I'm using Windows 10 so you shouldn't have any issues based on using that for an operating system. There's a great thread on the Giants forum that Perma's Modding started dedicated to helping people figure out what kind of computer to buy / build for Farming Simulator. If you have questions that would be a good place to start: forum.giants-software.com/viewtopic.php?f=963&t=148459
would need to know your actual spec to be able to tell if you can run FS19 or not. easiest way is opening task manager and on top there is a 'performance' tab, go into it and it will list things like CPU, RAM, GPU0 (maybe GPU1 if your using laptop)... those 3 will decide wether you can play the game or not..
Oh course play, such a love hate relationship, love it but yet hate it at the same time. Ever notice you use it for big fields to get more done and so you can do something else, and the next thing you know you've spent and hour baby sitting it and didn't get to do what you wanted to do! lol
HA! That does tend to be the case although I think as we hit corn harvest I'll be able to multi-task a bit more. I want to get some lime on Field 21 and get tillage going in parallel. Might need some more equipment though
hellloo... i just wanna know can u maybe help me ??? on the bottom next to my speedo my bushel reading is not showing there? is it cause i dont use the mod or what??? is there a setting i should tun on in my game settings??? plz help? thanks alot . PS your fs 19 videos are insanely cool
Big Maps + Big Fields with CoursePlay can be a struggle. Every PC setup is unique so it's hard for me to give specific advice however when it comes to Farming Simulator the biggest bottleneck is CPU in my experience. Farm Sim doesn't really take advantage of multiple cores very well. Faster CPU is almost always my recommendation.
I followed one of your older tutorials on how to unload the grain cart but I was having problems so I posted to the couresplay GitHub. They told me that it was never supposed to work with two waitpoints and it was just a bug. But I haven't gotten the truck to move forward when the first hopper is full. github.com/Courseplay/courseplay/issues/6642
Thanks for the comment. Guess I've been abusing unintended functionality for a long while! I was just looking at the other method with the truck pulling forward with a member on my Discord server as I'd never seen that work successfully before. I'll be trying that out soon and already had plans to update all of my Courseplay Tutorials. Again, really appreciate the feedback!
There are videos on my channel where I had a camera on but I'm planning to live stream tomorrow evening at 9PM EST. Hopefully will get the camera setup for that as well!
That weight display is awesome! Those 10T's look superb too! Great work dude!

Some great looking mods there. I haven't had the need to set up elaborate courses yet, so thank you for showing how you have done those :)
