Imagine buying something and being so insecure about it that you have to go online and tell some guy you'll never meet how good it is and plead your case to him.

Have one. Got crazy deal on it. Swapped the bar for a 24" Forester bar/chain combo with the full chisel for like $69 (have to drill new tensioner hole on bar about 3/4" back). Senix then took down a 34" oak no sweat, and about 5 tanks of gas later has it all broken down.
4-stroke vs 2-stroke sorta reminds me of gas vs. diesel. Torque vs hp.
Honestly an excellent saw, wish more small engines were 4 stroke, or better yet, diesel. Battery is great for areas where you have neighbors, but for woods and homesteading stuff, id rather not mix gas.

I am in blood after cutting only one tree branch with new CS4QL-L3 but the eyes are saved and I already know how to start it up when it doesn't want to. I can rewind rope starter string and how to put back constantly falling of chain. I know that the person invented new bolt heads for it is not good one but I found that some star screw driver can handle it even if the plastic getting broke. It is good school for new chain saw users like me. I bought it because it is 4-cycle but what do you think if to continue buying 2cycle saw engines instead? Will I loose to much power? I need to cut huge old gum tree.

    Howdy.
You may yet be missing the key idea here and that idea, i would offer, is that this saw was originally designed for a third world market. Could it be that someone got wind of this inexpensive chainsaw they could purchase 1000s and set up non-service distribution to the low-price, value-conscious consumer who places their money as a bet they will get a good deal and are used to and self conditioned to accept the failure?
Consider those other Chinese saws, how they need 25:1 fuel or 40:1 or 50:1 just depending on what is in the manual or on a tag or according to email support and there is conflicting info on very same saw; why? Because of where the saw is going. In the U S, EU, Japan, Australia we have wonderful synthetic oils that lube great, burn clean and degrade in the environment a month after use. There are countries in the world today that have poor roads and miles and miles between retailer and customer. They are still using 30 weight oil to make 2 cycle fuel and 25:1 is the correct mix ratio in that situation.
In this situation this Senix saw is a legimate no hassle option. If a guy has a 2 cycle engine and runs out of mix fuel and has no oil yet needs fire wood to cook and heat, he's pulling out his axe. But if he's got this 4 cycle saw he can get fuel out of the storage takee or pull out a hose and siphon a bit of fuel out of the tractor or truck and go to work.
i'm enjoying you channel and will act on your advice to buy the Echo 620 chainsaw. Thank you.

Thank you for your thoughtful and well thought out comment. Something worth considering. I think in the context of our environment they are somewhat useless because we have easy access to quality fuels and a wide range of machines in the same price range that perform better. I think in the context of other markets it may be a suitable machine.

    • @TraverseCreekInc

@@boogerwolf2015 I think they are an "ok" saw in regards to cutting wood. I read that a big box store was selling them for $45 on black friday. Now for $45 it's a reasonable machine.
I paid $179 for this one, regular price, and for that there is better options in the market.
Also, I've used and worked on professional chainsaws for years, so my opinion is going to be more skewed towards that direction because I've been spoiled by really great quality machines.
      Thanks for your comment!

LOL, Someone(hint-hint) Deleted my post from months ago.
Well, I am happy to report My Senix 49cc has flawlessly continued to prove just how big a wind bag this YT'er is.
As you keep attempting to insult a low cost residential owner saw - that never claimed to be commercial - it just keeps slaying trees.
I brought home 3 cords of Black Walnut this month along with another cord of Oak and I only go at it a few hours here and there.
I have a couple of decent running Poulan saws and a SalemMaster 62cc (22" upgrade)for bigger wood. Still the Go to for most of the work is the Senix. It just starts easy(if you have a clue) and gets the job done - Day in and Day out.
Would I use it for Commercial work? Highly unlikely.
Then again I wouldn't piss away a grand on a Stihl or Husky if I just needed to clear a few trees from my property.

Don't laugh too hard about 4 stroke chain saws. If you reside in CA overlords Newsom and Bonta will soon be outlawing the sale of 2 stroke engines. "IF" you still have wood to cut AND you don't have all day to cut a half cord of wood with an electric saw, you just might be a new fan of less noisy 4 stroke saws. 4 stroke saws may be slower and weaker but it will likely outlast multiple batteries in any electric chain saw. Assuming your muffler is quiet enough to avoid alerting the neighbors. I will be acquiring a few of these to be stored for the soon to arrive legal nonsense.
