Salam, can you please kindly investigate my problem, it might not be a huge one however,it needs closure for many perhaps thousands of lower middle class family like me.
2 years back we finally managed to save enough to get a car from the back on installments, a wagon R. At the time of clearing the leftover basic/initial amount we were asked for an amount of 20 to 22k extra which Pak Suzuki will refund as soon as we R handed over the vehicle.
It's been 2 years n I inquire every week n No1 is taking responsibility to refund that amount.not MCB nor Pak Suzuki.
I am your regular audience n have seen you bring us or sort out such cases too or at least hi light then.
I am a widow n it took me 14 years to save up for a car n that small amount of 22k can most definitely come in handy for a single parent like mein these most unprecedented days. Waiting for your kind take on this.
