I believe you can take it to the actual Burberry store and have them see if it's an original and some high end stores offer a free cleaning :) A phone call to the nearest Burberry wouldn't hurt . But you did a nice job

I found a Patent leather Chanel bag on consignment with scuff marks on the payrnt leatger and a few piping issues in the corners. The only way to fix the piping is having the manufacturer deconstruct the bag and repipe it. But cleaning up the scuff marks can be done with a polish you can purchase from your cobbler. It was only $4.I wonder if the nail polish will work on my Chanel piping. I am tempted to tske it to the Chanel boutique and pay for the repair. I will probably end up paying for the bag. The bag I bought retails for over $2,000. I only paid $300.

How would you take away the yellow staining of this coated canvas bag? I have a pink burrberry baguette bag and the withe squates are yellowish.... I tried everything, soap, baking soda, and nothing works....
I found a material Burberry tote that had some awful urine stains I know. I put in the washing machine with enzyme machine cleaner. After I washed it, it came out so clean and letting it air dry in the sun completely removed all the stains and odor and now I have an amazing travel tote. I used a machine wash bag. Washed it for and hour in cold water. Looks brand new
It is good to know that someone else buy things from goodwill and other thrift stores and work on them at home. I clean and paint and do very small repairs on items also. especially nice things and I love finding good stuff new with the price tags still on them. I actually wash the inside linens of my handbags by holding it out without washing the leather.

Hi Audrey, great job! I found a Louis Never Full at a Goodwill and refurbished it. One thing you can do on the liners, is use a vacuum on low to remove the debris. I have no idea why people let their bags get that way. I agree, it's just material things, but we do need to take care of what we have, it's a reflection on our own cleanliness. We clean and polish our shoes, we wash our clothes, we shouldn't carry around a disgusting dirty handbag, so great job. I've used the erasers on some ink marks and they work well, thank you for the scuff tips. Again, great job, you're very classy, by the way, this video was great
Yes, it is in fact authentic. I was pleased, I had to have the edging around the top replaced by a shoe repair in town and the lady who works there was able to authenticate it. I use it for work stuff. With the handbag cost and repair it was still under $100 so I am very happy about it.

The trim is in raspberry sorbet (which I believe is the color of your trim), with gunmetal hardware. Did you check the cloth tag inside the bag? It should have a code. I was watching a video about authenticating Burberry before I saw your video in the search area. Since 2006, they have been making their bags in other countries (besides Italy) like China & Turkey due to closing a factory in England. Also, I have the small Canterbury tote with the Signature Grain Check in Military Red that was made in Romania from New Zealand lambskin. Got it on sale at Nordstrom this past Nov. as a Christmas gift from my hubby. You really got a fantastic buy as I believe your bag is a real Burberry. Use it in the best of health. I used a mild detergent for delicate clothes called Woolite.
