Yoo brotha! I’m kinda in the middle of ordering andis t outliners or TPOB trimmer. I’ve been reading on Amazon that the andis gets hot less than 2mins. Which trimmers would you recommend? I’ve watched all your haircut tutorials and it’s giving me the confidence to start cutting my hair once I have all the tools! Please don’t stop making content 🙏🏽🙏🏽🐐
I appreciate you bro! I’m gonna purchase some new trimmers and masters soon so I’m not recommending any currently. But my t-outliners don’t get hot and I’ve had them over 10 years.
7:25 when you say never go backwards/ against the grain and all that. (It’s what I’ve been doing) Isn’t it okay to go backwards if you use a higher guard? Especially with waves (if you’re doing self cut/ don’t know how to cut waves). Seen a jeezy video a while back when I was barely starting out (it’s been like 6months), he said it’s safer than going with the grain and not following your pattern correctly. I could see both points working out tbh, just wondering. I fw your videos though brotha, I been subbed to you for a few days to a week now.
I noticed when you first cut your dreads, there were some lighter spots on your hair. It looks all around the same now. Is it a normal thing that happens when people cut their hair after having long hair for a while? I’ve noticed other people with that as well, i.e. Allen Iverson. By the way, thank you for your videos 🙏🏾
yeah that happens naturally after having long hair for a long time. your hair has to be trained to lay down again. Appreciate you checking out the vid 🤞🏾
