if you have engine failure and it starts pitching forward the last thing you want to do is try to gain altitude by pitching up. get it to horizon level or just below to control the descent rate but if you go up too quickly with dead engines you lose airspeed and can go into an aerodynamic stall wherer you lose lift because of lack of speed
Your engines exploded BECAUSE THE THROTTLE IS OVER 100% Look this is actually real on planes and if you dont throttle it back down to 100% for a long period of time it WILL EXPLODE

engine 3 failed because the thrust lever was still set to takeoff thrust which the engines can't handle for more than a few minutes iirc
