I believe one of the checklists for rectifying this problem is to reduce power to ENG1 and ENG2 when ENG3 loses thrust, to avoid the plane yawing to the right.

Reason for crash: Pilot error thinking engine 3 would spool itself, mechanical error Engine 3 had a fuel/oil leak inside the engine or design flaw or something exploded in the engine causing it to burn when he restarted it and didnt properly do an engine three shut down nor did he turn back to the nearest airport
