it's great that they added the random 'ara' in the middle of josuke 8's stand cry in the R because in the original it wasn't there it was just a regular oraoraora. many people don't know this but josuke 8's actually does have that random oraoraARAoraora in the middle

Not sure why everyone thinks steel ball run won't get an adaptation. I don't think it will be soon, but everyone acts like they have confirmed that they will not adapt it. In an interview one of the animators said it would be expensive and difficult to make, but did not say it would not happen (he also said he would rather not use cgi, but I still think that's a possibility). He just said people would have to wait a while. People also were convinced part 6 wouldn't get animated either. It may be difficult to do, but I really doubt that David Productions wouldn't animate the most popular part, unless they literally just cannot afford it.

No in fact Part 3 always had hella adaptations. We have the 90’s - 2000’s ovas, part 3 cassette dramas with a different voice cast, and the Dreamcast and arcade 1999 video game. If you were a Jojo fan before 2012 and read the old published part 3 mangas you were reminded that the other parts were exclusively in Japan and saw part 8 redraws of the old Jojos with spiky crew cuts lol.

I understand why some of em were replaced, so it wouldn't be weird hearing different voices for the same characters, but DAMN I miss people like Jolyne, Narancia, and Bruno's old VAs. In the anime keep them 100%, they do their job perfectly, but the violence (and speed, in some cases) isn't as high I guess. They're QUITE good though, nonetheless.
Noriyaki Sugiyama sounds like a better Bruno, same for Asami Imai as Sex Pistol. Narancia is a hard pick, one plays on his more feminine looks, the other is just the voice I'm accustomed to.
If they replace Yuki Kaiji as Johnny Joestar for the anime I'm gonna lose it. I was mad when they changed Wataru Hatano, I was furious when they changed Joji Nakata, and I'll be uncontrollably rageful if they replace Yuki Kaiji.
For me, I was fine with Wataru Hatano being replaced by Yuki Ono. While the former does a fantastic job with Crazy Diamond's cries, his Josuke I feel was a bit too rough and I don't think he would be able to get the softer, more comedic side of Josuke quite right, which is where I think the latter does wonderfully. I do think that with the right direction (and perhaps the anime making Josuke look a bit rougher like in the earlier arcs of Part 4's manga), Wataru could do just as good as a job as Yuki. Joji Nakata is a similar case, but I think Tomokazu Seki fits Pucci much better. While Nakata (as well as Shō Hayami) gives Pucci this commanding presence and sounds incredibly badass, doesn't really fit the more calmer aspect, almost innocent in an extremely twisted sense of his character. I certainly can't imagine him doing Pucci in the flashbacks either. I don't think every replacement has been perfect (Bruno and Hol Horse, off the top of my head), but as long as the actors do their job well in whatever they're working in, I will be content. I do hope Yuki Kaiji sticks around for Part 7's anime, but if he doesn't, I hope whoever will succeed him can fill in the big shoes he left.
They should ask Koki Koyasu to voice Diego Brando. Both Dio Brando and Diego Brando are differences here, so they're supposed to have the voices of father(Takehito, voice actor of Ryosuke Takahashi) and son(Koki).
I know a lot of people already know this, I find it a very cool coincidence that Jotaro, Josuke, and Giorno’s VA’s all have the surname “Ono,” though none of them are related. For an manga/anime series revolving around the main character’s bloodline all with similar names/the same nickname, it’s very fitting.
Purple Haze in ASB was voiced by Hisao Egawa. In 2013 version, being a game released before part 3 anime, some stands have different voice actors given its nature of having some sort of "free will". I love both for Jolyne, but Ai-san’s voice is more cool and more “anime Jolyne personality”, which is a more rational thinking Jolyne than manga Jolyne. Sawashiro-san’s Jolyne sounds more hot-tempered and angrier, which is the Jolyne that I perceive from manga.
I know that Miyuki Sawashiro is a very talented seiyuu but I think Fairouz Ai fits more Jolyne. When hearing the war cries, not only that I thought Jolyne sounds too aggressive but also like a ruthless killer. The anime one balances between her heroic side and wrath
I love how they know they hit perfect casting with Jotaro and DIO first time round and they've stayed in their roles. Also Kensho Ono's WRYYYYYYY is even more powerful here than in the anime you can tell he enjoyed it.

Don't get me wrong. I love the new voice of Bruno and I think he does a great job, but when your competition is the voice actor who does Sasuke (Naruto) and Uryu (Bleach), you're fighting an uphill battle.

I don't think every replacement has been perfect (Bruno and Hol Horse, off the top of my head), but as long as the actors do their job well in whatever they're working in, I will be content. I do hope Yuki Kaiji sticks around for Part 7's anime, but if he doesn't, I hope whoever will succeed him can fill in the big shoes he left.

They should ask Koki Koyasu to voice Diego Brando. Both Dio Brando and Diego Brando are differences here, so they're supposed to have the voices of father(Takehito, voice actor of Ryosuke Takahashi) and son(Koki).

I know a lot of people already know this, I find it a very cool coincidence that Jotaro, Josuke, and Giorno’s VA’s all have the surname “Ono,” though none of them are related. For an manga/anime series revolving around the main character’s bloodline all with similar names/the same nickname, it’s very fitting.
Purple Haze in ASB was voiced by Hisao Egawa. In 2013 version, being a game released before part 3 anime, some stands have different voice actors given its nature of having some sort of "free will". Those stands are Whitesnake/C-Moon/Made in Heaven (voiced by Takuya Kirimoto, who later voiced Hanged Man on Part 3 Anime), GER (Misa Watanabe), and Purple Haze.

I love both for Jolyne, but Ai-san’s voice is more cool and more “anime Jolyne personality”, which is a more rational thinking Jolyne than manga Jolyne. Sawashiro-san’s Jolyne sounds more hot-tempered and angrier, which is the Jolyne that I perceive from manga.

I know that Miyuki Sawashiro is a very talented seiyuu but I think Fairouz Ai fits more Jolyne. When hearing the war cries, not only that I thought Jolyne sounds too aggressive but also like a ruthless killer. The anime one balances between her heroic side and wrath
