Redwoods NP | Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park | Full Time RV Living

Redwoods National Park was established in October 1968. Combine with three state parks the area includes vast prairies, oak woodlands, wild rivers, rugged coastlines and the tallest trees on earth. The parks cover an area of 139,000 acres.
Coast Redwood trees are located in northern California coast and into southern Oregon coast. The trees can be as tall as 380 feet. With a diameter of up to 26 feet. Their average age is 500-700 years old.
We were in the area early November 2023.

We arrived at Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park today. Unable to camp it was fully booked however spent the day walking around and taking pictures of some awesome trees and the Smith River.
