Fun Fact: The HOA in the neighborhood where the Simpson's house was built initially fought against the building of the house, afraid it would turn the housing development into a tourist attraction.
From Predicting the future to becoming real life. The Simpsons can do anything 😮
Can we get Lisa to run for president? We really need a nerd in office
@@sandrasausville9103 i vote Lisa!
Thats cause simpsons r the best
Not really true
😊
In Vancouver, British Columbia, there's a house nicknamed "The Hobbit House", on King Edward Avenue. It's been there for a very long time and it's quite magical. You can look it up online! It looks just like a fairy tale house.
It’s looks familiar to me ….
There is 3 Hobbit houses, the original one was built on Broadway, then the King Edward house, which probably best resembles a hobbit house, and the Casa Mia on Southwest Marine Drive West Vancouver. Were all designed by Ross Lort in the 1940s
Shame what happened with the Simpsons house. 😢
Yea 😢
Should of been something in the buyers agreement that the home couldnt be changed in anyway for x amount of years. Sadly that wasnt the case. The people who bought it could of made lots of money off it by offering tours of the Simpsons house instead of changing it all to there liking.
Sadly thats the outcome when money is the thing that decides who is gonna win the bid. Same thing happened to a cf themed home in Sweden( that was bought by a normal family that wanted a normal house and probably turned it into a normal house after the news had been there. )
yea😢😢😢

There used to be an entire setup of Bedrock in Rapid City, SD. I went there when I was in high school. I did hear that it closed, but in 2014....on a trip to Las Vegas via route 66, I saw another Bedrock set up near the Grand Canyon. I happened to stay at a hotel across the street, so we had breakfast at their restaurant and looked thru their gift soft, but did not have time to visit the actual park behind the restaurant. Sadly, I heard that that place had closed as well.
There was a Bedrock City theme park in Kelowna, British Columbia Canada, but that closed about 1993... a year before the live action movie came out. Oops! It became a strip mall (there was a waterslide park next to it that let the same fate).
There was another in Chilliwack, British Columbia but it was rebranded as Dinotown when Hanna Barbera hiked up their licensing fees. In 2017 it closed for good and is now an RV park.
Your video's always puts me in a good mood❤
Love your video. Be Amazed and keep up the great work you are awesome
I don't remember the episode where Fred even met Velma, let alone left Wilma for her... that must've been the craziest crossover of all time
I knew I heard "Velma"! 😁
😂 right i was like damn that fred was the first playa lol
@@esehn6972, Have you ever seen the Velma series?
"WILMA,OPEN THIS DOOR!
"WILMA"
The duck cake from Bluey actually originated from one of our most famous kids cake cookbook from the 80s with all kinds of different recipes , still used today! Google Women’s Weekly cake book.
There's is a real life Shrek House that you can rent for a day 😊
Yeah I saw on news
I saw it on a @vailskibum94 video
I've been there
It was so fun
Really? I don’t believe you.
On the Flintstones the wife's name is not Velma, it's Wilma. Velma is from Scooby-Doo.
I was just about to say that. Lol
_EXACTLY!_
No shit Sherlock
@@danielwatson9252 how funny, since part of your name is Watson.
Exactly
Cant wait for the houses 😊
What
*Thank you, I am amazed watching these wonderful moments*
The whimsical snow, white house is my dream house.. I have dreamed about a home like that since I was a tiny Monica.
Damn i would have absolutely loved living in the simpsons house
😢Theyre crazy!
Me too! I can't believe that both, the winner and the new owner got the house and didn't appreciate it...
Given the winner already lived half a continent away amongst forests and mountains it's little surprise she took the cash. That's not to mention the pesky facts of the IRS, who think that because you possess an item "of value" it means you have the money from selling it.
@@xkirax2997Wanna bet the buyer was influenced by an HOA that arose after this house was built to redecorate?
@@stevekirkpatrick1612 Probably you're right, HOA's most of the time destroy beautiful things, just because are different and original. I personally wouldn't live in a HOA community. I like to do things in my own way. 🤪
I grew up with the Jetsons, and I absolutely love them
early!! love your videos. Just started subscribing today.
Keep up the vids 🔥
Yay! Finaly a new video!❤
It's crazy how "timeless" some animation can look, there are things made in the 40's that you know are old but don't register as Over 80 Years Old.
😅👍
You're absolutely right! Certain classic animations have a timeless quality that defies their age. They continue to captivate and entertain across generations. It's a testament to the artistry and creativity of those early animators that their work still holds up so well today. 😄🎥👌
I love your videos
Tom Scott visited the "Jetson's" home (if that one turns throughout the day?) Fascinating video!
Btw, the start of The Simpsons theme song is based on The Jetsons, whereas the section of Homer going home is based on The Flintstones. There are other themes throughout the song, because Matt Groening is a massive fan.
I like that some modern cartoons are becoming more realistic with their homes, designs, and locations so that anybody can feel like they're pretty close to the same place, like Craig of the Creek♡
I love that show, I wonder if the creek actually exists somewhere
@@boredreindeer5602
It does, probably in the same place the creator was living in 😁
@@TheNonameHousehold what’s the place called?
@boredreindeer5602
I said "probably" because most creators tend to base their cartoon series on their own childhoods, in short... dunno? 🤷🏽♀️
Well you mention ALL of these Iconic IRL Houses and places based on Cartoon Houses and Places and you DONT mention the Watterson House from the Amazing World of Gumball? I mean the house is actually real though we might not know what the inside looks like (as far as i know) but the Iconic Watterson Home is basically based on a real home (since the show is basically cartoon characters in a sorta real life setting)
Technically there is a place between california and arizona where some one actually created the Flintstones house and bedrock town but the property was bought and i believe the flinstone house was demolished ...
So many to choose from. But I'm going with the Jetson's house.
The view must be incredible.
They're all pretty cool, but I think I'd like to love in the Simpsons' house or Bluey's house!!
Ayyy! I know the Up house from Herriman! I've seen it in person before!
Also, Herriman's pronunciation among the locals varies. It varies from "hair uh men" to "hair eh men". I personally pronounce it like "hair uh men".
Actually there is major diffrences on the Simpsons home. Attic on the garage and the garage itself and the windows on the attic. :)
Wow these are really cool and I can’t even believe these are real
The Big Pineapple has been in my life forever. Love your show, from a Queensland fan!
I'm still waiting for the Adventure Time tree house to be made. Oh, well.
The Munster's house was cool. They kept their fire breathing dragon under the stairs.
My heart can't take it ❤
I only knew of the Simpsons house, but these were so nice. Can't they be cheaper and close by? 😭
The Hobbit 1977 was animated by the same studio, that animated "the last unicorn". The drawing style is very close.
I love this dude. You make amazing videos!! Please make a face reveel we all want to see one
When I lived in California, I saw the orange flintstones-looking house VERY frequently, on account of it being in the view of a frequently used highway; and at one point in my life i could have the chance to see it every day on the ride home from school to an after school place I went to!
I found a AirBNB house the other day that is literally Shreks Swamp. It’s in Scotland, and it’s a identical replica of Shreks swamp. No joke.
Oh I just love that Sponge 🧽 Guy ❤
20:02 Not Be Amazed calling us out on the Orlando Bloom In elf ears 😂😂😂😂
Petition of a house that looks _exactly_ like the Owl House in our actual world? Maybe?
The Bluey house looks cool
Should have turned these houses into a Airbnb. Now they need to refurbished a Victorian pink house in New Berlin, New York into the Coraline themed Pink Palace Apartments. It would make a great Airbnb.
These real life inspired are uniquely beautiful and well designed, looks like animations and real life are working hand in hand in everything
Yeah, Fred Flintstones' wife is named Wilma, I don't know why BA got that part wrong
Glad I ain't the only one....
Yup, also, I wasn't a huge fan of the Simpsons so I'm glad they fixed it all up to look like a regular home instead of keeping it looking like the home of the Simpsons
Who cares?Who doesnt know whos name is wilma or velma?both from HB
“Krusty krab now serves krusty shawarma”
Video just posted 1 minute ago and already has 8 views and 19 likes. Lol u know it's gonna be a great video!! Let's go BA
24:37 Woohoo!! Bluey cameo!!
I love BE AMAZED
👇
Why am I this upset that the person who bought the Simpsons house essentially destroyed it....I am angry 😠
First time I'm seeing be amazed video so so so early lol
Y'all forgot the Superfriends' Hall Of Justice!! Inspired by the Cincinnati Museum of Natural History!
I think we're gonna need a part 2, since there is now a Shrek house and undoubtedly many many more cartoon houses
Amazing content👍
I would pick "My Neighbor Totoro's" one I think ^^
Minnie Mouse isn’t a show off, a lady deserves nice things.
I am 81 years old, and may be the only person in the U.S. who has never seen The Simpsons(I haven't seen Sponge Bob either).
Nope. Not the only one.
The Jetsons is just the Flintstones in the future if you think about it
Amazing videos
Wow, this video is like a trip into a real-life fairy tale! These whimsical and unique homes are a testament to human creativity and the boundless imagination that can bring fantasy into reality. They remind us that our world is full of surprises waiting to be discovered. Which one of these enchanting houses would you love to live in? 🏰🌟
The simpsons house is actually bigger, on original, 3 levels on the roof, the top windows are wider, bottom windows are bigger, the distance between the garage and the first window, it's pink
The real-life island that is featured in the SpongeBob SquarePants theme song is Bikini Bottom, which is based on Bikini Atoll in the Marshall Islands.
As for the Flintstone house, I would have listed the Flinstone house in Malibu California that was once owned by Dick Clark. That looks like a house from the Flinstones.
I’m ready I’m ready I’m ready
4:40 Australia actually prides itself on having 'big' things. We have the big Marino Sheep, the big Lawn Mower, the big Prawn, the big Lobster, the big Banana, the big Koala, the big Kookaburra, the big Oyster, the big Murray Cod and who could forget the world famous big Potato situated in Robertson, New South Wales!
Property in general in Australia is obscenely expensive. $1 000 000 AUD will not buy you much in most capital cities. You'd be lucky to get a 3 bedroom fibro home with just one bathroom for that price.
A shame you didn't mention the replica of the Winx school that used to exist
Wait what?!
@@vminhope3040 yeah. It was part of an amusement park and you could've even met costumed people who looked like the Winx. Unfortunately the park stopped it's partnership with the company though.
Who lives in the Pineapple under the sea
SpongeBob square pants
WHO LIVES IN A PINEAPPLE HOTEL ABOVE GROUND……. MEEE
Amazing houses. I love it.🎉🎉
In Pittsfield, Mass, we actually had something that more closely resembles the Flinstone house that actually caught 🔥 years back.
Could you imagine doin a 3.5 of mushrooms in the simspon's house and '''sleep'' there😂😂
BeAmazed be like, "Let's find ourselves some diamonds. 🎶Heigh--ho, Heigh--ho🎶" 🤣🤣🤣 10:48
Props to the cameraman for going to many places for us
Kudos for the thumbnail
Be amazed always amazed me
💯
you are a legend
I’m sure a lot of us grew up with the Flintstones
B.S. this isn't new. I really used to love this channel I listened to it every night before bed. They've never released new vids everyday as they claim unfortunately 😢
Go BE AMAZED.
I don’t think that it would be too far-fetched if someone were to re-create Darth Vader’s castle that appeared on the planet of Mustafar in rogue, one a Star Wars story
Spongebob does tell plankton the formula, which is a normal loaded chesseburger
Bikini Atoll is a coral reef in the Marshall Islands located in the Pacific Ocean and is the home of SpongeBob SquarePants.
It's unbelievable those houses exist in this world! 😳
I like SpongeBob and squid wood and mr krabs and sandy and Larry and padrick
Love your videos Be Amazed, very entertaining. Having said that, with this video especially, if I 😮😮were to play the drinking game and took a shot every time you use the word 'ICONIC', I would 'BE SMASHED'!
The did say what the secret ingredient was. Its crab meat. Mr Crabs tasted a krabby patty and said “So that’s what I taste like”.
You know what makes this more disturbing? The fact that other then he and his Mother, there are no other Crabs in Bikini Bottom. Just think about that...
The SpongeBob house in real life looks like an average two-story house with a pineapple-shaped roof on top. It has a bright yellow exterior, a large bay window, and two doors-one for the front entrance and one for the back. The interior is just as colorful as the exterior, with a wealth of bright colors, decor, and furniture.
26:38
No, That does not look anything like the millennium falcon. Just look at the clips showing the ship in motion. To buy the house that looks more like a gimp starfish is crazy but to say it is like the MF is insane.
Yep, I agree
Shout-out Be Amazed for staying Relevant in my recommendations!
Wi-Fi is a technology that uses radio waves to provide network connectivity. In simple terms, it allows you to access the internet without having to use a physical cable. Wi-Fi is becoming increasingly popular, and is now available in many public places including cafes, airports and even on public transport.
Eventually that version of The Krusty Krab got closed, probably due to copyright
And the Flintstones property has been recreated in real life, it's in Custer South Dakota.
Can you please do a video only about the Eurovision Song Constest.👍😉
Haha I used to live by Palantine Bridge and I know the Nugents. That's so cool he got mentioned here. :) I do pass Squidward's house almost all the time.
Okay so technically it's not a cartoon house but it is a Disney film house and it's something I would like to live in. It is the haunted mansion and yes I would live along with the ghosts.
I am amazed
I would loved to live in the Simpson house with all the props 🥰.
14:18 Did he say "Velma"?
Yes.... Yes, he did
Thank you, making sure my ears still work! Lol
LETS GOOOOO MY BEST CHILDHOOD CARTOON HOUSE HAS BECAME TRUEEE
That last house did NOT look like the Millennium Falcon AT ALL. It wasn’t even a close resemblance to the MF. 🤨
AGREED!
Oh and I like plankton 😅
The pineapple house is nostalgic, i remember watching fgteev’s video on it
