This is not regeneration. It is just recharging a down/exhausted battery. It's done everywhere road side. Regeneration is required for totally dead battery (voltage between o to 5 & SG below 1.000) after 4 to 5 years. Old plates & electrolytes (weak/dilute acid) are completely changed after removing the top cover. This is a manual work by experts. A machine can't do it.
