I have been using the singing straw for nearly a year now and I cannot believe how much I have improved. I never experience vocal fatigue or a sore throat after singing anymore! so happy I discovered you! thank you :)
I also so truly more than I ever thought ...have improved!!! Like I am codependent on it lol....after one of your great video warmups...I will sing either practice or recording and during these every 15-20 minutes I will pause to do a 30 second straw exercise in between to clarify or realign and open up my pipes usually a full slide. Great product and if anyone is wondering about it do not think twice....!!!
Is it better to use the smallest diameter straw when working on our mix to upper range, and the medium/widest diameter straw when working on the lower range? I noticed you were switching out straws for different parts of the workout.
I usually work most of my range with my mid-level straw, my "sweet spot" size, which for me is 3mm - and that will work throughout your range. If i'm focusing just on the lower, then I may choose to size up, and if I'm focusing just on higher notes, I will size down. Let your voice be your guide. Hope that helps!
@@SingingStraw don’t call me dumb for this question but like are the results permanent? As long as we use the straw always will our singing voice remain? I use all 3 of my straws everyday.
Hey! One of the main goals of the Singing / Straw is to improve resonance! So really, you can't go wrong with any of the exercises we have on the channel :)
I notice that no air is coming out when I get to higher notes, just sound, does that mean that I’ve reached the end of the range and there’s no use in continuing?
Have you seen our video for help with high notes? You may want to check that out and see if it helps! Keep practicing. You've got this :). It gets easier with time! ua-cam.com/video/nXx0Z3nY7Pg/v-deo.html

Fab tutorial! Any advice for when you lose breath, or how to keep good breath control, so I don't feel like I struggling to breathe sometimes.
