"They're not perfect but neither am I". That made me laugh. If you find you can afford more materials I would make two more panel so the curtains are fuller. Good job!

You can still easily fix this.....just go buy the same amount of fabric and hooks and make another set. Then use 1 set per window. They would be fuller and more attractive and also be able to be opened in the middle of each window. The plaid looks great in your kitchen.
