@@Theguyoverthere603they actually nerfed a bunch of important melee mods right in the same update that they introduced galvanized mods and gun arcanes. Clearly they overdid it and now they have to buff melee back. Tho the way they're doing it seems a bit iffy... Like why do I have to wait until I complete wispers in the wall for my melees to be able to compete with my guns
since this is the last devstream, thereby this being the last nutshell in a year. I'd like to say I heavily appreciate the amount of editing you've done throughout the years and picking up the mantle when QuietteShy retired from the game.

Honestly it's more or less just swapping out Corrupt Charge or True Punishment if you already use those mods. And there seem to be many different types, so not all may be Heavy attack focused.
it just means that combo weapons can use their increased damage from combo and +440% crit chance from BR. Which is about the same as a normal heavy attack build with double benefit from critical chance mods.
Let's not forget Steve is CEO now, so it's up to him if frames can get pregnant or not...

I mean the vast majority of Warframe were built specifically for combat, and I can’t imagine Ballas wouldn’t leave in reproductive organs in lieu of other enhancements that could be put in that space. As far as I can tell only two frames were made on explicit commission by outside individuals, protea for Parvos and Dagath for her former lovers. So while Dagath might, I doubt ballas would make the mistake of letting his war machines reproduce period after the last two species the Orokin made backfired.

I honestly feel like Conclave can be fixed entirely if they removed the ability the use Warframes from it entirely and just had people fight in Necramechs instead. Simplifies the entire gamemode and would probably be way more fun to just have 2 mech types beating tf out of eachother.

Have Conclave as Kahls training grounds. Play as crew (get parkour), play as grineer (chonky plus zoning), play corpus (get bots?).
@@De-eggs I said the same thing when The New War dropped. It would be a much more balanced version of PvP if we could just play as Grineer v. Corpus and maybe have the Tenno come in as a form of kill streak reward like in Battlefront 2
Duviri drifter combat could also be a way to do it, with a more For Honor feel rather than Call of Duty Warframe Edition
Or just have a balanced pvp mode playing as frames conpletely separsted from your builds where you go into the mode pick a frame selection of mods from a screen, weapons what not loadout essentially comes up thenafter you've settled you're choices lobby up prettty simple.

The 2 things that excite me the most is the new jolly ranchers we can shove up our frames and Account merging. I have so much good stuff on my switch account from when I first started warframe years ago that I want on my pc. I mean from what we learn in the sacrifice and dagath's story, Warframe were once Dax and the Dax are basically just human solders. So a female warframe getting pregnant wouldn't be impossible, just incredible difficult. That and if Umbra's damaged alt helmet is anything to go by, all the human bits could still exist underneath the outer layer. So pregnancy would have to be intentional/ artificially inseminated and birth would have to be a timed operation.
Honestly with some of the messed up experiments done by both the corpus and the orikin. I wouldn't be surprise if someone from either group had tried such a thing. Assuming that the Warframes aren't reproductively infertile. However one could make the argument on how the infested reproduce like the 'brood mother' and the 'boiler'.
Now whether the child would be human, infested, orokin (kind of since they are just genetically modified humans) or a chunk of pulsating organic metal is a totally other question. Heck it could just end up being a completely new warframe that just has a normal lifespan or a human that could never die. Oh the Eldredge horrors that could come from this.

I feel like it would be a “human”/whatever you consider the Dax, with the flesh density/strength of a Warframe. Possibly even the powers of one, dependent upon the parent frame.

Here’s the thing right, Steve knew exactly what he did when he did it. He was the creative director of the game from launch till 2021 or whenever leadership changed. He has seen things and he is all for it.

Honestly Corrvex 4th doesnt look too bad, dealing half health dmg to 125 heavy gunners while unmodded is quite impressive, and I guess its going to be quite fun if you run a Rad aoe primer, tho I would've really liked his 2 (stone wall slam) to also strip some defenses cause it would synergize well with his kinda headfront playstyle
3:42 Hold up, wait a minute. When they opened the enemy menu in the Simulacrum, I noticed two spawn options that aren’t supposed to be there: Alad V and the Akkalak Turret. Since when could Simulacrum spawn bosses and turrets? I don’t know, maybe just Dev privileges, but maybe new Simulacrum spawns teaser? Would be nice to practice against bosses at all levels.

Did some numbers and it looks like Qorvex's base armor is 935 and health is either 450 or 900. (Armor mod was almost certainly at 91% here)
Basically no matter the health he has some if not the most base Ehp, I could VERY WELL be wrong.
His 4, from what I observed, has horrible damage on the beam and amazing damage on the splash... and the splash keeps going... long as there is radiation... that you can add just by shooting....
Did some testing: wisps the same damage with more time and energy as the splash. Did same level, enemies, and slightly higher strength while they were at 59% and I put mine to 62% as I did not have another umbra intense to upgrade. Added breach surge on top as well.
Less time but more energy for the hold of course.
You do realize he's not a nuking frame, right? He's a tank, and that means: hard to kill, lower damage, does cc, and sometimes buffs&debuffs.

Also the fact he is from my research the first frame that has an everlasting damage ability without needing to channel or use duration, which is super interesting to me.
Seriously though, keep applying procs and he keeps his ability going!
@@majesticbbqsauce727 Ok. Do you think that the Topaz Archon Shards will apply to radiation and electric damage, similar to the Emerald's toxin and corrosive? If so that's going to boost those numbers a bit.
@@marmyeater apparently some people managed to decipher the background when they crafted one, and it doesn't have elec I imagine that's for purple.
It had radiation stacks give 1.1x ability, blast gives +5 sheild (I imagine regen), impact increases health by 1 perm, and heat increases secondary critical by +1% perm.
All is subject to change, but I imagine the elements are staying.

However, to be fair, it's not like Gauss Prime being next was gonna be surprising. Gauss released before Grendel, but Grendel came first to meet the Halloween deadline. So instead we get Gauss later.
Just like how, according to the release pattern, Yareli and Protea prime are next followed by Lavos and Sevagoth.
Really excited for the story getting more accessible, one of my friends always drifted away from the game because he wasnt able to get to the main quests, so hopfully this keeps peolle from drifting away as much.

I still dont see who tf actually thinks the story isnt accessable as it is-
Voidrig probally the biggest thing that will get you to pause for a bit to farm the broken parts (or just have a friend that farmed vaults alot to give ya the broken parts) then 3 and 1/2 days to build it itself once you reach rank 3 with the syndicate to do new war
If a new player think its a problem to have to wait a bit to catch up fully then warframe probally wont be for them anyway, as all it takes is just farming, which is half the endgame anyway- (other half being fashion framing as we all know)
In a vacuum a new player could hop into Warframe and be fine. The issue is the majority of discussion around Warframe is "in the new update you can do X and Y and get this cool new Warframe!"
So somebody who potentially wants to start playing Warframe speaks to somebody who likes the game and asks "Hey, that new stuff looks cool, how do I unlock it?" And they get told "Well you have to complete the star chart, which means you have to grind mastery rank. You can only take one test a day, but you absolutely need to do a test every day if you want to unlock the new stuff as soon as possible because there's a junction that requires an MR5 weapon. Also you'll need a Railjack, and a Necramech, so you'll need to farm Deimos for a bit to get those resources... The Necramech takes three and a half days at least to build too, so you want to get that started as soon as possible as well..."
I agree that grinding is the gameplay loop, but this is a LOT for people who might just want to get the new concrete man for free or see the cool new enemies.
