isn't this the long way around to do this. Other Toyotas can be set into key programming mode. without assembling the vehicle. I once had a key programmed to the same vehicle and I'm pretty sure the dashboard was not taken off. I have 5 of this vehicles and rent them out. Only one of them have a spare key.
