And for some reason they always want to to the real tame layers where it sits neat and no mess. I never can get this cut. I’m going to have to look for somebody to do this cut. I love love LONG Hair.. Though I like the work that this Utopia salon does, especially Nubia and Alyssa is another good stylist there But I'm disappointed that they can't give a similar hair cut but while keeping the hair Long. I've watched many others with beautiful healthy long hair coming out of there with their hair looking beautiful BUT Short :-(
I’ve seen some pictures on Nubia’s Instagram of people with longer hair cutting their hair and still retaining their length but not as voluminous as a shorter cut. As for my experience, I wanted a big change and this was it. I’ve had long hair since I was like 4 years old and long hair is all I knew and wanting a big change. Sometimes I miss my long hair but I just love the volume I I get with short hair 😊 But yes Nubia is awesome she did an amazing job with my hair!

It went well! I'm thirty years old and this is the first time in my lofe my hair is around shoulder length! I did a lot of research and was specific. My curls were pretty healthy before i fall in the (3b&c) range just be sure of what you want cause it was a very busy fast paced environment when i went then again it was a Saturday afternoon soo. Lol good luck i think it was worth it! Because i lost so much length my hair feels so light its very freeing! Lori s did the big chop for me!
I can’t say because I never straightened my hair after that cut. I had cut my own hair after the rezo cut and then straightened my hair and it was fine. I did the pigtails ponytail haircut.

I’m confused as I just watched another video of a REZO Cut and she didn’t cut it the same technique???? This one looked like layering long hair where the other one was a cut was like nothing I have EVER SEEN... It was like cutting like A “Rose”... I mean it’s beautiful girl but the technique looks nothing like the the other one ... 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
I wanted to reply again because I just saw a video of Nubia explaining how she cuts curly hair. She mentioned that her technique is sectioning the hair into layers and cutting it like a rose so that when you let go of the section it will open up like a rose does when it blossoms. Did you feel after the redo cut when u straighten your hair , it looks choppy. Some people did say that

I love it and I’m trying to figure out how I want to cut my natural curls and the rezo is cute but it’s basically the same as the deva cut
I’ve had the deva cut and I got two completely different looks and the process was different.
Devacut is a technique. Rezocut is a style. They're not the same.
Does the rezo cut include the wash and conditioning on the hair?
Yes it does and also diffusing.

they actually maintain lots of lengths compared to other hair cuts, it looks shorter bc its bouncy and the damage is off
