The 3 temptations reminds me of a testing of the first 3 commandments: 1) temptation with bread=3rd commandment (the manna was given on 6 days but not on the Sabbath)2) temptation via testing God= 2nd commandment (reminds me of when people vainly swear by God and say "if not let God strike me down...)3) temptation of earthly kingdoms=1st commandment (self explanatory)
Jim Mckiernan - It’s not your hearing but the careless attention to poor audio equipment and poor know how in putting these recording together. When hearing this recording initially I switched off, it was an assault on my hearing sensitivity. The messages are great and Catholic, the delivery (recording) is poor, appalling and shameful. So much for the New Evangelisation.

The audio is really bad. The echo makes it impossible to understand. Can it be "cleaned up" & rereleased??? I'm 55, I know my hearing isn't great.
