I agree with your criticism of Stefanski. It wasn’t a bad play call if you have a QB playing at an elite level, but Watson is just starting to find his groove. Andy Reid calling that play with Mahomes would be genius

He opened up saying we had a balanced game... stop the cap. Stefanski abandoned the run the moment the second half started and didn't put up another offensive score besides a field goal the entire half. All the penalties, and play calling in the second half was garbage at best. Everyone was flaming Watson last week, now they wanna come at Cooper. Where is the energy for Stefanski? He chose not to play starters in the preseason game, he chooses to call plays instead of being a head coach. And the super chat from Andrew Ward when Baker was here the whole narrative was " all he needs to do is be a game manager". Baker had better teams the O-line was better, we had a healthy Chubb and Hunt, Landry, and OBJ. And everyone still blamed other players cause Baker couldnt get it done🤣. Why? WR dropped like eight catches today including a guaranteed touchdown on a perfectly in stride ball from coop. He would have had over 200 yards and a passing touchdown if the other WRs played half as well as Jerry Judy

Why when Flacco arrived Stefanski changed to more play action when Watson and Chubb should have been running play action damn near every down since day 1.

But I am tired of pretending that KS is not the best head coach we have had since returning to the NFL, that does not mean he is perfect BUT the players respond to him and he makes something of everyone at QB. People act like he won coach of the year twice by accident like he is just drooling into a cup or something. His biggest weakness is he tends over think simple things but I'll take him 1000 times over the revolving door at HC. I'm 31 and before Kevin got here the browns could not even compete with the rest of the NFL. People need to appreciate this and maybe try and remember 1-31 and all the other terrible seasons

The incomplete pass at 136 in the 4th was as stupid a play as you could have there. I don't love calling a pass play but Watson has to either throw to someone wide open there or just slide or whatever but an incomplete pass is about the worst thing he could have done there

Gonna be honest. Watson looked the same as he did the first game we just played a worse team. But as I seen it he had those happy feet again, kept most of the passes short, and still didn’t look comfortable. He did earn a reprieve for a week. He has to keep winning against these teams to keep his job in my opinion. I think if he wins all these games the browns and Watson will be fine. Now the playoffs are a different story…

I think Cooper and Watson are having issues. They need to take care of it, like right now. I don't care for Watson, but he did better than I thought he would, and I'm glad for that, our kicker is the man today!!! We could have lost this one, but they pulled together and got it done. That's what being a team is about.
