  • We have Shatakshi Sharma in this video who went through ISB and is a former BCG consultant. Her journey started when she was just 21 years old studying at St. Stephen's college.
Initially she failed to get into McKinney from campus and finally worked her way up to become a CEO of her firm Global Governance Initiative.
In this candid conversation she talks about the journey she has had so far. Why she decided to quit the glamorous consulting life and what you should be knowing before getting into the world of consulting.
She also discusses about many education firms and their lack in terms of being transparent in India currently.
Find this and more through this conversation and let us know what you would like to ask Shatakshi that we can make her answer in the next video.

Inspiring talk, can we get more stuff on how to get into impact consulting after MBA ? People working with NGOs or with the government in such roles will be really enriching.

These companies do have a Corporate Social Responsibility.
      The effects however are insignificant.

The interviewer keeps using filler words consistently - “you know” “you know” ohh man , what a bummer. Shore up your English and then take interviews man.

She is a lier. She was never a consultant in BCG. She joined as Sr. Associate a job a rank lower. God knows if she left or asked to leave BCG. She never gives her & her husband's job experience in details. She was twice on long leave ( without pay) in BCG which is a big negative point with MBB.
