Asul Kosur Koor (Genuine Kashmiri Lady) . Kashmir an ancient Central Asian Aryan nation has a great tradition in cooking meat dishes since time-immemorial. Kashmiris are among the largest consumers of meat on this planet and infant the Brahmans (Pandits) of Kashmir consume even more meat than us Kashmiri Muslims; even though all genuine Kashmiri Muslims are recent converts from Kashmiri Hindus to Islam. Thus we Muslims and Pandits of Kashmir are exactly the same people. Nadur (Lotus root) along with Hak (a leaf) is very much relished in the Valley as well/ Along with lamb it is the traditional food of us Kashmiris.

Our Prophet (pbuh) taught us to look for the truth; not be blind. All Kashmiri Musims are converts from Kashmiri Hindus. Read Haidar Malik Chadurah as well whose family was from a Hindu Kshatriya (Rajput) before his immediate family accepted our wonderful religion. Genuine Islam does not make people blind but enlightens people. When Caliph Al-Musta'sim did not follow Islam property the Buddhist Mongol Halaku Khan destroyed him. As kashere chene khar. Many times non-Kashmiris pretend to be Kashmiris and write nonsense. Kashmiris like the Tajiks, Iranians, etc. are not blind but follow Islam properly.
