कभी कभी बंद भसिंडे में भी मिट्टी लगी होती है।ऐसी स्थिति में कुकर में पानी,कटे हुए भसिंडे,आधा चम्मच नमक और एक चम्मच सिरका डाल कर सीटी लगा दीजिए।ठंडा होने पर कुकर खोलिये।सारी मिट्टी आसानी से अलग मिलेगी।धोकर इस्तेमाल कीजिए।

lotus stem hai aur hamare yaha ise kamal kakdi kehte hai hindi mein baahar market se jo mix vegetable ka achaar pickle hum log kharid kar laate hai khane k liye toh us pickle mein bhi iske ye aise pieces tukde bahut milte hai magar isse recipes bhi ban sakti hai ye hume maalum nahi

Iski matti nikalne ke liye isme thoda milk dalke boil karo !! Bohot jyada saaf ho jayegi !! Must say this Kashmiri make this calld Nadru they cook in Sauf powder ginger powder n curd !
