Hmm, maybe not to the knees. Their arms are proportionate to their body just like ours are proportionate to our body. Only difference is those two proportions are not the same. But I do believe your right in varied foot sizes just like our foot sizes vary too. But however, we all have the same body ratio no matter what. Maybe with insignificant slight differences but we are all built the same. No matter size.
