I dropped everything and moved back home because I KNEW my family needed me. My brother got treatment for his schizophrenia after going untreated for 10 years. My mother is starting CBT for her hoarding within the next 2 months. My parents are divorced but I have hopes that my father will talk to my mother again one day. I overcame my own desires for weed and alcohol with Jesus by my side. I am determined to break these generational curses and oppression that my family is experiencing. One day I will have a good relationship with my sister as well. I will not give up, no matter how discouraged I feel sometimes. This will end and my family will heal.

Well this is definitely what’s happening to me. Literally NOTHING ever works out and issues I’m waiting to resolve just kinda never end. If it looks like it is working out, it’s only temporary and just as something good looks like it’s happening… it doesn’t, I get uprooted so that it can’t happen, etc.
I feel like that too honestly, I’m practicing to say I trust you Lord when these things happen to me now. It’s extremely difficult but I know there was times where I went through things in order to help certain people or to relate to them so they might listen to me. I’ve left jobs because I felt confused about this and was undergoing so much stress. Some people think it’s a sign that the wrong decision was made
The first part of your question answered your questions. You made the decision with your mind. But did you seek God approval ? If not go back and seek his guidance on your next step. But first also ask for forgiveness for the dicisions you have made without his approval.
God speak. Our relationship with God is a relationship. I speak to God and he speaks back. I ask and he gives, I knock and he answers. There’s always response when we speak to God.

I testify this is absolutely true! I asked God about one aspect of this and He told me that He didn't want anything in my life to be successful unless His name is on it. Also my family relentlessly oppose any leadership and undermine any authority I can offer but the Lord Jesus came to me in a dream and walked me through Zechariah 13 He asked as a way to remind me to answer what happens and how it happens but the why is friendship with God. Last night God reminded me Moses was the most meek man in all the Earth because those he was to lead and how they were towards him and how he loved them and denied the opportunity God offered him to choose a different group to lead so if these are things anybody else is going through just know God has a plan and knows how to bring it to pass so that you become what He speaks over you. Trust Him and follow Him He will reveal it in due time

Well this is definitely what’s happening to me. Literally NOTHING ever works out and issues I’m waiting to resolve just kinda never end. If it looks like it is working out, it’s only temporary and just as something good looks like it’s happening… it doesn’t, I get uprooted so that it can’t happen, etc.
