i like the way its a film sort of and the quick times events determind whats going to happen during the story and the way they make it so the game come's alive when you're playing aiden
I want to act in a motion capture-filmed video game so badly. Its just my perfect combination of imagination, physicality and action, drama and emotion, structure in scene but also freedom in performance... I can’t wait to do it someday. Hopefully it’s soon.

I love all these big actors who are becoming serious about video games, and realise the potential of the medium once it steps out of it's "brothers shadow", film. It immerses the writing and makes it believable within the game, fantastic.

Ellie looked just like page way page when the game was first presented a year ago, but since the announcement of Beyond the developers from TLOU changed Ellie's appearance and made her look younger, that is the why of the controversy between those two games.
This game is something special. If it happens to be a masterpiece, we might be seeying way more hollywood actors doing full mocap+voice acting for games.
Whether you enjoyed this game or not, it was a remarkable achievement on several levels. The story for me is ok, but everything else is brilliant. Playing it in 2018, and it stands up with some of the most visually impressive games now and is so well acted and animated.
The next gen games are so gorgeous, I think I will feel guilty if I ever decide to play them without fully acknowledging the makers' endeavour. Holy... these games nowadays are like art collaboration, except they are playable.
