Like imagine if I was waiting on payday and was going to overdraft and using my credit card and accepting the fee because I had no other choice, had to pay the person right then or whatever, and it was like ok we're charging your card......... and then charged my bank? I contacted support today about this happening again. Fingers crossed they fix this... this time and then permanently going forward. But just beware if you are using a credit card on there, you may have this problem.

@@deemarquis6707 at exactly what part did he go over it? The only thing I heard was when ADDING a CC it can decline. Not after it’s already linked, why it could decline. Which is what OP is asking.
