It's just a reference to what she does in Sonic SATAM, I think she kisses him on the nose...however when Tails said "there was nothing funny about that at all" it was a referral to one of the Sonic paradox series I can't remember which one but you can find it on UA-cam

And I never seen people complain to SML for making Mario characters swear or break character
Blake is just trying to have fun while making these videos and people telling him off for making a certain character dislikable is like telling him “you can’t be creative, follow canon or you can’t make videos with this character”
