- An elevated "stargazing" experience? The 2024 Stargazer X features a bunch of upgrades over the standard and the premium variants in Hyundai's lineup in the Philippines. The biggest change happens to be added height, a few choice upgrades on the inside, and an all-new look on the outside. Bought this last Dec and we absolutely love it! Ride comfort is great, ice cold aircon, and the autohold is a big help esp if you're driving in the city almost everyday like me.
Other changes from the premium variant that you didn't mention are these 3:
- (obviously) the cladding which makes it look sporty
- front and rear brakes are both disc brakes
- the Safety features (4 sensors in the front vs the premium that only has 2)
This MPV rides better than BR-V! The IVT is smoother than butter! 💜💜💜 If you're thinking between Veloz, BR-V, and Stargazer X, game over. Stargazer X is really the star!

Yeah, this is really a 'Value for money for sure', but not really a fav of van looking car :( If only i can buy this and BRV hahaha
@@PaintUrFace-zf4sw agree. Tho the looks is subjective. Personally I love how the stargazer looks, then they released the X and I loved it even more. For me I don't like the xpander, eventho a lot of people say it's "pogi". Too many details on the front fascia, looks too crowded for me. But yeah, you do you! Buy both! 🤣

"Star" is Hyundai branding for its MPVs, i.e. Starex, Staria and now Stargazer.
But yes, sunroof would have been better.

It has a right amount of power, tech, features and everything. Compare to its rival like Veloz, Xpander and XL7 except for BRV since more power yun. Pero ang ganda ng interior premium looking. Looking forward sa ultimate comparo ng mga MPV🎉

It's about the Toyota Raize Turbo 2024,
I've been looking on UA-cam and lately alot off the blogs on the Turbo are showing a G spec badge on the rear and the Turbo logo on front wings.... and inside it looks like just the old 8" infotainment screen.... are the other UA-cam bloggers filming 2 different cars or has Toyota Philippines changed the specs and I can get an answer from Toyota Motors Philippines

Compare this car with the Xpander Cross(same price range), the XL7(the budget option) and the BRV(I guess).
I mean the comparo seems obvious, but it would be against the Xpander Cross and Veloz, then possibly at the BR-V and XL7. The Livina would be up there but there isn't much going for it even against the Xpander which it's based on. I feel this "Cross/X" line of the 7 seater MPVs is a bit weird, hut if Toyota doesn't want to kill the Rush, maybe they should market it as the competitor for this "rugged sporty" segment instead of the Veloz.

The old SG already won out vs Veloz, Xpander Cross, and top of line (iirc) BRV based on a an extensive review by TGPh so i think kinda useless to compare na din.

My personal opinion is Stargazer still an Stargazer. If there's some improvement that their accents for the particular model. Still quite good. 👍👍👍
doesnt the stargazer come with rear drum brakes while the x comes with discs? feel like that deserves a mention or maybe i didnt catch it in the video

Stargazer X is a thing of beauty in person. It looks so unique, so sleek yet so cool, and so different from your vios-level-of-common Xpander.
I just wish Hyundai gave it a 6 seater variant like on their regular Stargazer. 🥺
Indeed. The Xpander Cross is super sh*t. For almost the same price range as the Stargazer X, it still significantly lacks tech and safety features. Still has a weaker engine and an old-school transmission.
I was looking forward to Stargazer X Prime. May Bose audio pa. 😅

Forgot to mention the controversial faux roof rail, blacked out roof, extended spoiler, additional front parking sensors and rear disk brakes.
Add those to the already mentioned changes, and the 60k price bump will sound more reasonable.

For sure the Xpander Cross shall come out as the big loser. It lacks numerous tech and safety features.
@@eyyydoddska Xpander is not a bad car anyway. It may lack some numerous tech, but when it comes to aftermarket and availability of parts, Mitsubishi has the edge in long term.

Indeed! Lalo na yung mga die-hard fans ng Xpander Cross. They always insist that the Xpander Cross is the best-looking MPV available-oo sige sige. Aanhin natin ang looks ng sasakyan kung kulang na kulang naman sa features, lalo na mga tech and safety features?
Pati yung GLS Premium variant na mas mura pa sa Xpander Cross kumpleto na sa features eh.

My dad bought one and immediately travelled from cdo to zamboanga city. Its ok. It has enough power to overtake a couple of vehicles on the highway. Comfort is ok. A lil bit of tire noise. Theres this bug in the infotainment system where sometimes after reversing and proceeding to drive, the backup camera stays on. So you just have to click on the menu to go back to radio/apple carplay. If you have questions, feel free to ask!

Masukan dari gua buat yang mau tau pemakaian BBM Stargazer.
Gua pengguna Stargazer Prime udah 6bln.
Mobil sering gua pake bolak balik JKT-SBY.
Sebenernya bensin itu relatif .
Tergantung si pemakai itu sendiri .
Kalo di kota gua ngga bisa pastiin, apalagi Jakarta.
Cuman biasanya gua dapet 1:13-14 paling maksimal (kondisi bukan jam sibuk) .
Kalo di tol Cipali, jalanan datar muatan 3 orang gua jamin 1:23-24 dapet .
Asalkan RPM jangan diatas 2rb .
Pake stabil aja 100km/h .
Ngga usah kepancing kalo pake mobil ini.
Ini mobil tenaganya nantangin .
Kalo kebawa emosi ya siap siap langganan Pertamina.
Tapi kalo biar dapet iritnya, ya ngga usah dibejek lewat dari 2rb RPM.

Unpopular suggestion, but i would like to see this compared with the Innova XE cvt, since they almost have the same price.
Btw, all variants now have that same "lower profile" piano black dashboard and the Electronic parking brake can now be found in the GLS Premium variant.
This mpv is almost perfect, the only "issues" i found here are:
1. the faux/fake roofrail.
its just there as garnish or design element. you can't put a roof rack/topload for your baggages and other things in case you're going on a vacation or long road trip with all 6-7 members of your family.
2. driving view
idk if its because of the elevated bump on the hood or the seating height, but i'm still having a hard time seeing a clear view of the road in front of the vehicle, i thought having a lower profile dash would fix it.
But overall, with the space, comfort, and ton of safety features that it offers, the Stargazer X is unbeatable at this price range.

Torn between this and Brv, not a fan of van looking but value for money talaga tong stargazer.
Van look compensates for spacious interior sir compared to BRV mas pogi pero sikip lalo sa likod. Depende sa paggamitan mo..
Simple accidents would be expensive repairs on this one.
