- In this video, I showcase ten distinct methods using LEGO to move ping pong balls. These range from basic designs to intricate mechanisms involving rolling and lifting. The ten diverse techniques will merge into a single extensive track, guiding the ping pong balls through modules in an infinite loop. Enjoy!
Chapters:
0:00 1 Simple roller
0:05 2 Bigger roller
0:17 3 Curved roller
0:29 4 Rollercoaster
0:50 5 Simple wheel roller
1:04 6 Lifter
1:47 7 Yellow lifter arms
3:24 8 Cycle flipper
5:19 9 Weight tilter
6:10 10 Advanced wheel roller
6:55 Combining them all
11:50 Fixing errors
14:25 Final showcase
i just find it impressive that this thing works using only one motor, like the way the power is transfered towards all the different modules
This reminds me of something I had as a kid. It was k'nex, not lego, and it was named Big Ball Factory. It was a gargantuan tower, as tall as kid-me, that sent plastic balls (a little larger than ping pong balls) down four different paths from top to bottom. Each ball was delivered to the top with a mechanism like your #6 lifter, then went through a set of dividers, which routed balls down alternating paths by flipping an upside-down T-shaped object as a ball went through it.
There was a loop-de-loop. Kid me loved the loop-de-loop.
Thank you for the nostalgia trip. Great build.
I also love loop-de-loop
Another amazing video you knowledge of the prices must be insane because all of them are perfectly built together to create a masterpiece just like your other builds
Bloody brilliant this was completely amazing u honestly deserve way more attention for this keep up the great work bro
DEMOMAN VOICE REFRENCE
Awesome video! I really liked the 9th method, and your editing is really good!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge with the world. You're making a real difference
Love those stop motions.😊
I wish i had pieces like this. I don't have many lego sets tho i don't have technic pieces i lost them as a toddler and I'm surprised how much effort it rook you for some of them it's just. Incredible i remember having so many technic pieces like this.
amazing work this reminds of the great lego ball contraptions i used to watch many years ago
That's a lot of work and a really great result.
Wow thats amazing!
Good video ❤, but when I saw the name of the video I was expecting you to use a fan for the ping pong balls to go up. I Would like to see something like that in the future 😮.
This is so cool
I think that the thumbnail you used for this video doesnt makes justice to the huge work and amazing gbc you did here. If people realise that they gonna stop everything, get a cup of coffee and enjoy good engineering and lego, they will come to stay. Imo. Great gbc, amazing video. Just subscribed. 😊
agree and same with the title
Very good technical skills.
Is like a massive GBC ❤
Ayo
@the_snow_guy GBC= Great Ball Contraption, not Great Big C*&$
Great video ❤
Very good video!
Cool coaster
great idea 🤯🤯🤯
defently subbed
It pleased me no end when you avoided the temptation to solve the lift problem by using an additional motor.
You know when he is a man when he moves ping pong balls with Lego instead of his hands
awesome
with beam elevator (where beams are in sync and rotating to lift the ball) you actually used engineering to fix the problem
If only I were not made fun of and discouraged from doing builds like that at the age of 15, I could be one of these Legotubers... :(
Me too:(
What’s stopping you now?
@@tarantinoish Well, since I gave away most of my toys away, I would have to start from scratch and it is quite expensive hobby. I might do that at some point but at the moment at least, I'm too broke.
You can become good in the future, whenever you decide to start your Adult Fan Of Lego journey.
@@IrnFox as someone who currently is attempting to get all the parts to build a lego roller coaster, yes, the parts are expensive if you want to make a large creation.
If only this isnt made of lego parts and it adds more color, its like a kids game packed with mechanic learning
Ok this guy is insane
Veru good video
Great video but could you demostrate the machine for longer?
There’s the poor kid, there’s class clown, and this kid.
How come you had to reupload? In any case watched it before so I'll watch it again 😊
Give this guy some respect
brings back memories of KNEX
cool
13:22 the frustration!
do you demonstrate at brickworld?
why not combine this with the supercar and rc car, use pingpong balls as wheels, but watch out it has been done before so add another function like adjustable height or like a gearbox orsm idk it would be super cool
When your friend wanted a ping pong ball but you are too lazy:
"work smarter, not harder"
@@user-ui9qy6cw5y He is working smarter.. just slower than doing it normally xD
Quite fun but you put too much stress on this small motor by adding so much gears all connected to it. Some of those gears are also not put securely enough to avoid those cracks and pieces break
How to make Lego more complex than it already is: (in a good way)
you should submit the final build to lego ideas. i'd buy a set like that!!!
Would need to convert it using Duplo Balls or another larger LEGO ball size for LEGO ideas.
you can find big ones in lego mindstorms, but those might be too big, idk.@@IceWolfLoki
Is it worth the wait idk I'll see
Ayo we got the same base
this shoud be a lego set
Yea
Cool😎
I challenge you to make a drift car,can you do it
You basically made the GBC but with big balls
how many technic pieces does this man have!??!
About 16.768
@@brickbuilds101 HOW DO YOU HAVE 16,000 TECHNIC PIECES!?!??
So its a Knex Ball Machine but with ping pong balls and Lego Technic lol
0:00 1 Simple roller
0:05 2 Bigger roller
0:17 3 Curved roller
0:30 4 Rollercoaster
0:50 5 Simple wheel roller
1:04 Lifter
1:48 7 Yellow lifter arms
3:24 8 Cycle flipper
5:19 9 Weight tilter
6:10 10 Advanced wheel roller
6:55 Combining then all
11:50 Fixing errors

Did anyone else spot the ball who got stuck on the hill "jump" at the end of the video?😂😂😂 14:47
Need a camera in a clear ball :)
Can u make it infinite plz 3:13

Sending good vibes your way! I hope the content on my channel adds an extra spark to your day!
Add a moter 😊
Did it took 3D printer lego parts‽
No
imagine doing all that work then you need to place i more thing but in order to do that you have to remove 1 lego and after removing it just got destroyed
After all that, we only see 5 seconds of the complete machine working 😢😢😢
92k views and only 19 comments,wow
Hi! How are you?)
