National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Director General, Secretary Arsenio M. Balisacan, was the guest speaker for the Class of 2023.
Class valedictorian Jenel M. Justo, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, delivered a message on behalf of his batchmates.
