good stuff sir, Living here is a blessing as the trails cater to many riding styles. I humbly say the best ride is a safe ride, I go as fast as I can as safe as I can :)
Well put together video. As an older rider (I'm 52) who is working on my fitness and diet I can tell you that there are sometimes that I leave the house feeling strong but for whatever reason have a less than strong ride and struggle with early fatigue. Other times I may leave the house feeling a bit tired and even to the point where I consider not riding but end up with a strong ride. I believe this is due to my age and not consistently riding. I'm definitely not 30 anymore. But yeah.....fatigue leads to mistakes, bad lines etc. Nothing wrong with cutting it short before you get hurt. Live to ride another day. Earned a new sub.....thx for sharing.
You are so right. I've noticed that as I've gotten older it takes me a lot longer to warm-up, but once I do I feel great. I'm more susceptible to being under-fueled or under-hydrated. The trick is knowing when it's these fixable issues and when it's just an off day that would be better spent cleaning the bike! Thank you so much for watching and for subscribing!!!
I think many of us have days that require us to “back off” the dicey stuff. For me, it’s usually lack of sleep and fatigue that affects balance. Just stay off the features that have consequences that will hurt you, at least until you have your mojo back.
@@LunchRide the cease and desist line was shut down for construction. The first table top on it looks about 8 to 10 foot tall now. Not sure how big it is in this video but looks huge now. Looked like they were re building a lot of stuff on it.
Reset. Chill in the lot. A little water maybe a cliff bar. Start over. Even if you just stay on the intermediate stuff, you'll still be out there. Ride within your limits and enjoy the outdoors on your bike. You don't always need to send it to have fun. Peace!
I think I’m with you on this. I think I’ll give myself one pep-talk and if that doesn’t work then it’s time to pack it in before I get hurt. Glad you weighed in!
Dude! Some days you got it, some days you don’t! I was out recently feeling good but couldn’t hit a corner without washing. Head up ass or something. That ride turned into a “fitness” ride instead of a “fun” ride pretty quick☹️ live to ride another day!

100% agree. Thank you.
I love Coler. It keeps growing in better and better directions. 🤘
Yeah, I can't wait to get back there. Drop the Hammer will be mine!
Dude! Your body doesn’t lie! Shut the pride down and chill. I don’t do this but you should😁👍
😂🤣😂🤣
If I’m feeling fatigued and making a bunch of mistakes I’ll usually cut the ride short.

If it’s a cold I push through it forcing my body to hydrate. If it’s a flu getting chills I pack it up.
Oh, yeah. Wise words. I totally agree.
