The property is beautiful. If you could have a slice of Positano, Italy on the edge of the Pacific, this would be it. You could allow someone to have a wedding on one end for rent while sipping a walnut latte and a newspaper on the other. It's 2 kisses. But sorry for the kitch police ready to brahma bull the Vera Wang china,....the cocina is a ploop. Up close in person it may look cool, because as someone with design expertise, I get that' particular concept. But it doesn't match the rest of the Southern Italian vibe of the premises. It should have just carried a Tuscan wall pattern and mealprep base station. The cabinets and table mix Tennessee with Coastal in not a flattering way....and it's too small for that size of a home, like a corner. But as soon as you step through those patio-wide doors and walk about 2 miles down the surroundings, it becomes forgettable...well, not really, but an afterthought for a minute. Anyways...80million. Hmmm....For (me), I will say this. $50million+ I need a couple' of properties on deck. At least 3. Doesn't have to be 3 mansions, but 3 living quarters and land, doesn't even have to be 10 acres, but maybe 7 at least. I referenced this before, but one of the best California homes I have seen sold within the past 10 years was Sheryl Crow's home off West Hollywood in 2012. It was a hidden compound that you would think not exist in that area, kind of like a mini Neverland Ranch. Had one Spanish Revival, Medium Michigan Bay themed home in the rear and small additional home adjacent from the 1910s. Was originally 3 separate properties that was formed into one and she buillt a big pool, camping grounds, and mini park. Like an oasis in the hills. Sold for just under 12 million, a FUCKING bargain. If I managed to rob one of Trump's sons and nobody to fingerprint me, and if her diggs was still in the Sunday paper(ha) I would snatch that, invest in a smaller property around Loon and perhaps one in Malibu (with the massive explosive bargain mansions they are having now), and watch the dividends expand. I wouldn't throw it all to a 5 bedroom house and grass.... as beautiful as it is.
Man... That Cliff is scary. Sooner or later, that cliff will erode then Bye-bye multi-million house. Who would buy such a thing? Though, the place and the house are really beautiful.
*That house isn't built on rocks. As beautiful it is, we can't deny that it's not a property that will last ages. The cliff is just solidified and stiff soft soil. Tornadoes come and it loses it's foundation.*
Absolutely incredible. Hope winter storms haven't loosened the bluff otherwise, this home is insane. Oh my God!!

Gorgeous home & landscaping! Stunning location...I think the interior decor is a bit old looking and could use an update.

You obviously didn't notice what the cliff is made of...or the history of tornadoes in Santa Barbara area 🤡
@@reneo6866 Tornados? Naw but earthquakes maybe, erosion for sure.
No garage?
