TBH I don’t have depression but I do have adhd and cannot focus getting in trouble in class for not paying attention and have not cleaned my room in 7 months this helped a lot

I felt that phone call anxiety. Whenever I had to make any sorts of appointments through phone I always hoped they wouldn't pick up 😂 Or if they put me on hold the longest I would wait was less than 10 minutes.
