good morning i am a small reseller of ricoh products i have a problem with a ricoh aficio moc305. During printing or copying it has a 5/6 cm wide band in which the color does not print well in fact the yellow color is predominant which mixed with the black of the print gives me an Olive Green can help me understand if it is a problem drum of some color or the laser not mounted correctly or in contact. Hope you checked the drums, transfer and fusers yourself before writing this because they are ordinary consumables that wear out. So take out the two lasers and clean them.

Take out the toners and vacuum the inside of the copier for the toners.

Why did you do that? This must not be done. Enter all the settings that the factory has given. The settings are on a sheet of paper hidden on the front flap next to the blue laser cleaner. You have a lot of work now.

The only solution is to replace the development unit. There's no other way.

Obviously guessing which screws to remove! Why not practice it first? And you do NOT need powered screwdrivers for this type of work. Honestly!
